The Nike Free x Metcons are definitely HANDS DOWN my favourite cross-trainers too! Super versatile, low-profile and stable. I don't do a lot of running, only shorter treadmill brisk walks (I have dodgy knees!) but together with the HIIT, strength and circuit training classes I do, they're perfect! 👌

Ahh looove this! Same here, for short run distances they're perfect and for any type of class/circuit they're by far my fav!!
Love this ‘shoe shop vlog’. I’m such a NIKE fan, like you! Never no Nike! And always get inspired by you. Especially the superrep cycle are a lifechanger. So comfortable, tight fit and stylish. And; love the intro of this video. So strong!

Thanks for the information!! I wonder what is the best shoes for the treadmil? I saw your other videos, but couldn't find it.
awesome vid! what would you recommend for hiit classes that are high impact? (including workouts like tabata) the metcons feel like they dont have enough foam for high impact
This was so helpful thank you. I've worn New Balance trainers for years but when I went to replace them this year found the updated designs hurt my feet. I've tried so many pairs but I'm realising that Nike fit like older New Balance so I've started trying them. I saw the Metcons, I will give them a try alongside a few others, thanks.
I’m new to cycle and am loving it! I want to get these shoes but hate changing shoes at the gym. Will I damage the cleats driving in them and walking in and out of the gym to and from my car with them on? What cleats do you recommend for SPD? Thanks!
