I like this movie also. ONE of my favorite scenes, is after Scott (Common) came back from his injury and somehow Morgan (Paula Patton) found her way back to Scott's door. Leslie (Queen Latifah) home and just painting. Her hero dad (James Pickens, Jr) comes in and asks if she eats tho talk about it. After she replies, "I'm fine" (when clearly she's hurt), he just picks up a paint brush and starts painting right beside her. (No words needed!) So touching!!
