I'm already subbed. "Pushing the envelope" indeed. It's a good thing they were so prolific...so much great music in such a short time. In the time it would take a lot of bands to make 2 records, The Beatles recorded 13 albums, and a bunch of singles.

How anyone would have another 'favorite band' in our age group is unfathomable. We grew up on them, they blew away every other group with their songs and constant buzz. The kid up and asks me if I liked him and it was such a heart rendering plea him wanting me to like him it got to me to be frank with you Ritchie. @@vinylrichie007 Actually Guinness cans use an ingenious nitrogen filled capsule that surges with bubbles when the beer is opened - replicating the draught experience in a can. The bottle that you were drinking lacks that particular widget and therefor lacks the same taste and velvety feel that you get from the keg or nitrogen infused can. Also, nitrogen bubbles are smaller than CO2 bubbles, so the head and taste is smoother and more delicate.

with you 100% "Here There and Everywhere" is akin to waiting at a bus stop on the album, like come on come on Paul, I think u & Mr. Martin have plenty of poofty classical diddy's on this one already...put on a George or John song in that spot instead.....ah.. oh well maybe in one of the other multi-verses ;)

It’s funny how we can still call the Beatles the best band ever. I agree, they did change the music and the culture completely. Together they really had it. Individually I think only Lennon was able to somewhat achieve that level. McCartney was a disappointment, Ringo was good at being catchy and amusing, and George was comforting. John was angry and,to me, that is what rock and roll is about.

lennon ounce said before elvis there was nothing, and without elvis opening that door there may never have been the beatles,or a zillion other bands, both came at times in the 20 th century when there was a need to jump start teenagers, for both the changes social and stylistic pushed everything upside down, and young people, creative people and later adults jumped on board and the world changed, no one in the middle the the 20 th century could have foreseen how a kid with a weird name, weird style of dress ,weird music would eventually change everything from a black and white world to a color one,and stranger how 7 years later 4 guys from liverpool (WHERE) with weirder haircuts and dress and were in the beginning not even as good looking as Elvis, would really change not just music but everything, politics, social issues, music that used symphony touches, the beatles were everything to everyone ,all in just a few years.to compare beatles against anyone else is silly at best, take rubber soul, white album, abbey road, sgt pepper, meet the beatles ,just take those and you have the best modern music of anything before or since feb 4th 1964-my opinion, but i know many who feel the same. nice video as always, thanks for trying,i also still like buck owens. i will subscribe to your friends channel.

@@vinylrichie007 my contention is that the greats ,thru there music also change society norms the way we think, dress ,act they have the pulse of the world, they affect politics, criminal systems they bring attention to issues of civil rights, wars (vietnam), when the stones released street fighting man ,our streets in big cities were on fire.michael jackson was a huge star yet we did not all run around wearing one glove on our hands, the beatles wore longer hair and within a few years everyone did, elvis looked like ,sang like, and moved like an alien on stage, overnight he lit a fire that the beatles would take even higher, the beatles were something the world will never see again and the whole time theyre music kept getting better after every release. i was at a club in hollywood eric burton and war came on stage the first thing eric said was he had just listened to -hey jude- and told the audience that they war, should just quit playing because hey jude just closed the door on music it was so good-thats how important the beatles became and still remain. have a great week ahead pal.

The most consistent rockin and boomshakalakin groups I know of are Pink Floyd, DJ Shadow, Moody Blues, The Beatles, Crystal Method, Lee Perry, Uberzone, Hans Zimmer, Laura C, Jamine Winans and Janine John. The White Stripes, Steve Miller and R.E.M are truly great but not as good as the "TOP 11"👆

nice video, i think the Capitol Records slaughtered the U.K. originals until '66, therefore i think the butcher cover is a great statement from the Beatles... ...they are so funny guys, and now as an Grandpa even Paul is as cool as '66 (before his death ;-) also really interesting people associated with them as you know like Frida from the fan club, Stuart & Astrid, or the infamous and very personable K.
