I do not open my door if I am the only one home and I don't recognize the person, I lookout inconspicuously, I never have opened the door to a stranger, and now I'm 40 yrs old. You never know what people are capable of. If you don't know the person, don't answer. If they persist and don't leave, call the police, period. I really wish Loey would have reiterated to not open the door to strangers! Especially in the world we live in today.

It’s so ridiculous the cops didn’t show up and don’t think it’s bc you’re in the middle of nowhere literally same situation we needed a cop to watch my house as this person literally said he was coming and the cops didn’t come until he swerved into the driveway so we had to call again over an hour later. We live 2 min away literally the same street as the police station. Absolute bullshit on the cops part. They’d be in deep shit if anything actually happened

Im semi new to your channel, though I binge watched all night. When I was little, under 7, my mom and I lived alone until my much older brother came back from the war with an alcohol problem and Schizophrenia, our dad died when I was 4. My brother would leave the house and not lock the door. It was Easter and my mom and I went to my sister's, when we got back the door was ajar and we opened it and there was a little boy with Down's Syndrom and his German shepherd asleep in the living room. I guess he had wandered out of his house and into ours (we lived in Orange county, CA). The police were looking for him so they came and got him, but he left his little black leather shoe. My mom was an organized hoarder and kept that shoe for years, just in case.

This is so so scary I️ once experienced my family being robbed so I️ can somehow relate to this! Hopefully Loey will see this!
