When I was little I used to have sleep paralysis a lot and I used to just sleep with my arm near my face in case it would happen and somehow because I could still move my moth for some reason... so when I did have it I could somehow reach my arm and at least bite it awake to slowly wake the rest of my body up...

Get holy water, go to a Catholic church and have a ton of crosses blessed. Put a cross in every room, have someone come and pray over and bless your apartment again (in person), play gospel/ religious music, clean your house, leave lights on, pray, read the bible aloud, tell it gtfo my house in Jesus name. Do it girl, that's evil, that's a demon, make it leave

You’re not crazy, demons are coming out of the woodworks. About the jolting awake thing - I’m not sure if this is true or not, but I heard that it’s caused by shallow breathing when falling asleep, and your brain triggers your fight or flight response to wake you up so that you can breathe and your brain gets enough oxygen. If this is true, maybe focusing on slow, deep breathing for a few minutes before bed would help? It would help with centering you positively and helping with the anxiety and stress caused by all this too, regardless 😊 even if you don’t read this or like this idea, I love you so much, you’re so lovely and I always look forward to your videos no matter the topic. Keep going strong 💕💕💕
