1 cup oatmeal.
2 eggs.
100 ml water.
Salt.
Red pepper.
Provencal herbs.
Parsley.
Half an onion.
100g cheese.
Avocado oil.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
3 TBSP. Yogurt.
lemon juice.
1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs.
Salt.
2 eggs.
Parsley.
Tomato.
Mozzarella.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
1 zucchini.
Salt.
Wait 10 minutes.
4 tbsp. Oatmeal.
100g cheese.
2 eggs.
Pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
1 glass of water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1/2 pumpkin weighing 800 g.
A pinch of salt.
1 TBSP. Sweetener.
3 TBSP. vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 tablespoon flaxseed.
Dried apricots.
Some walnuts.
Seed mix.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Soak the parchment in water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
Let cool down.
