Recipe and ingredients:
Add 10 g sugar. 8 grams of dry yeast.
1 large egg. 200 ml warm milk.
Add 75 ml vegetable oil.
Then add 400-430 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.

Grease a bowl with oil.
Cover with cling film and let the dough rise. About 1 hour.
300 g minced meat. 1 tablespoon tomato paste. Salt to taste.
Roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
This type of bread is very filling. It is suitable for both lunch and dinner.
Knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth.
Divide into 2 equal parts.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin as shown in the video.
Place the dough on baking paper.
Place the filling as shown in the video.
Roll out part 2 of the dough in exactly the same shape.
Then place the dough on top as shown in the video.
Press lightly on the edges of the dough with your hand.
Repeat after me.

Bake the bread at 180°C (360°F) for 20-25 minutes.
