I’ve been using Talkspace for the last 3 months and love it! I’ve done traditional therapy previously and I feel like I like Talkspace more. It’s nice because I get to sit and process information better and then think of a response. Instead of in traditional therapy I would sometimes feel rushed to say something. I also love having the ability to screenshot messages that have coping mechanisms or even quotes that my therapist has said that I want to remember!

I just signed up for “Better Help” yesterday with today my first appointment. Hopefully it goes well, this is not only the first time doing this online, but my first time ever doing therapy in general.

betterhelp is a scam, I signed up, specifically asked for a non religious therapist and got matched with a religious therapist, she wrote to me 3 days in a row, when I finished writing my message, when I hit send, I got a pop up message saying "please add a payment method to be able to send your message", I'm unemployed, I have no income, I'm not big enough on youtube to get paid

I’ve tried cerebral it’s a new one and you get a therapist and psychiatrist for around $260 and it works for me.

Hi, can you please give a review about cerebral. I'm thinking of using it but am unsure if it will be worth it. Also is the $260 for the complete sessions or just like a few meetings?
