I just replaced one last week on mine 😡 it only had 165 miles on it. The new one I just installed is definitely different hopefully it holds up. Awesome scooter shitty problem to have on something so new and expensive……

I’ve also gone through one controller now and after talking to a tech at RevRides on the phone we determined that it could be one of 2 things …. The Re-gen setting was too strong so I backed that off to (1) and also the speed at which the scooter accelerates off the line may be too strong pulling too many amps so I also backed that setting off …. Trying to take it a bit more easy on the power going through the controller especially since I’m a heavier rider at 240 pounds and I have a very aggressive riding style so now with those settings changed we will see how long this 2nd controller lasts . Hoping for the best

I had to replace my controller couple months ago at 400 some miles of scooter use. Iv sent the scooter to aliens Rides and couple of day like 2 or 3 they fixed it and they shipped the scooter back to me. One thing that I can point out on the vsett 10+ that I don't really like is the zoom disc brake. It would of been better if it had nut brakes now the reason is too is because it's alot easier to bleed the brakes then bleeding the zoom brake type. For the zoom type brake you have to use 2 damn syringes to insert the brake fluid liquid, have to remove 2 screw that's on the caliper underneath and the other screw above the brake lever. On my blade GT the only thing I had to do was only remove the brake lever screw that's up above and insert the brake fluid with this yellow funnel. Once I did that I squeezed the brake lever couple time then the lever got stiffer and stiffer now my blade GT brakes like a champ. So yea zoom brakes it's too much labor to do the bleeding process having to remove alot of screws and inserting 2 syringes instead of just using the funnel. Then having to remove the caliper off the disc rotor to having it facing clock wise or right side up to insert the syringe 💉
