I am loving that most of the products used are from the drugstore and very affordable except for the prescription products. I have been using Retin-a for years and my skins looks pretty good for my 57 almost 58 years. I am planning on trying both Olay products as soon as I finish my current skin care products. Thank you for all the informative videos. I love them and you are one of my favorite channels. 💄😀

I am working up my skincare routine very slowly and with great care, I have really just started seriously since the end of september, and am 43, have been having so many acne problems since my 30s (never before)and noting ever seemed to work but I must say that since I have started getting informed and trying methodically my skin has totally changed!!! I take it very slow because it is super sensitive and I need to understand what works and what does not, but it is great to see that being consistent does pay off. My acne is under control, just like you I noticed that the clarisonic can be tricky (I started it in september) so I sue it sparingly, once or twice a week not more or break outs. The tendency to break out is still there, but now my skin is mostly clear, what has helped the most for acne is this product (which I will never stay without anymore) LA ROCHE-POSAY EFFACLAR DUO corrective unclogging care antiimperfections anti marks it really works and my skin seems to tolerate it wonderfully, other products would just burn my skin and dry them out. Also I have never been so luminous, which I think is the slow and steady exfoliation and the Vitamin C seems to be helping a lot, introduced it in november, now I have started using BHA one month ago (1% starting to add 2%) I am still not ready for trying retinol, and I am still searching high and low for the perfect sun screen (just like you :-) it does change A LOT with the weather I cannot find some of the products you use in the States, I am in Italy, but I am working up a great routine and your videos are very helpful thanks again!

I appreciate the information (especially the day / night routines) and have recently started using the timeshare products AND sunblock. I'm 55 and have good skin but have noticed some changes lately -- more pronounced age spots and redness. I am going to slowly incorporate OTC rapid repair into my routine. Angie, thanks for another great video! Just wanted to let you know that I tried hydroquinone, which slightly faded my sun spots (grew up at the beach - someone forgot to tell us back then to use sunscreen!). But, what really got rid of them and reduced the redness from rosacea was laser treatment...the results have been great! I went to a laser clinic at a local medical school and they used targeted lasers for each skin issue, and the best part was that it was very reasonable. So, if the hydroquinone doesn't seem to work, I would recommend looking into laser treatments. Thanks again for all the great, informative videos!

Hi Angie! I always enjoy hearing what skincare you're using. I love using Glycolic peel pads because I actually see my skin look plumper and more even toned. I think your skin looks fab..and you really do look 10-15 yrs younger! Finding a routine that works for you is so hard, we always want instant results! Maybe look into Skinceuticals or Avene retinols for your neck and chest.

For the Peter Thomas Roth pads -- I use those too -- they're great, but expensive. However, last time I purchased them off ebay (us seller, 100% feedback review and they were fully sealed), but I got the 60 pack for $20 -- may want to check it out there too. PS I love your videos -- I'm a younger viewer (30) with very sensitive and red/acne prone dry skin. Your videos have led me to some amazing products!!

I'm a new subscriber and really enjoying your knowledgeable videos on skincare! I'm 34 and want to start taking care of my skin with anti-aging products, but I also have combination skin so hopefully these products won't make my oily T-zone any worse.

This was very interesting. Especially the Olay....I've tried other Olay products and my skin hated them. I just may have to give the Regenerist line a try, because your skin looks amazing! Isn't Aquaphor the best? I have tubes and tubs of it all over my house. I just love it for my lips, my elbows, and believe it or not, when the skin around my eyes is extremely sensitive and dry, I dab a tiny bit just under and on the outer corners of them; instant relief with no ill effects! I'm probably going to try Retin A this year. For years I used Alpha Hydrox 10% gel with great results, along with pricier lines, most recently PC's 1% retinol ( which was just okay ). Recently I picked up the Alpha Hydrox 14% gel and it REALLY works great. After one week, major difference. I use it after cleansing at night, and then just put a little whipped Shea butter around my eyes.

Great video Angie. All the key components to a solid age-defying night-time routine. As a 9-year esthetician, and just my 2-cents: a heads-up: Hydroquinone can can be *hard* on your skin, in a cumulative way, over time. Give your skin a break from it every now and then. Also, Retin-A is an excellent exfoliation as it speeds up your cell turnover rate, so yes, I would most definitely only use the PTR pads OR the Retin-A, not both.

great video, thank you!! I use Neutragena wipes in the blue package, I buy a huge box at costco and they may cost a dollar more than the Kirkland brand but my daughter and I like them better. They are softer and a bit more moist. I love the Olay regenerist cream but forgot you talked about the serum too, going to buy that today. Always love watching you!!!

I have been searching high and low for the Eucerin sensitive skin redness relief cleanser for forever and can never find it until the other day I finally found it at Walgreens. It was the only one left. Must be good stuff. I can't wait to try it and see if it helps calm my redness. I also picked up Aquaphor lip therapy and loving how it moisturizers my lips at night. The bite beauty agave lip stuff wasn't lasting all night. Thanks for all the recommendations.

I have been hit and miss with my skincare and now that I'm 53 and have been watching your anti aging videos I need to get on the ball! :) I'm going to order the Timeless Vitamin C. I saw another ladies video about the Hyaluronic Acid Serum from the Pure line. She just loves it. Would you suggest using that in your skin care routine, and can you use it back to back with the Vitamin C? It sounds like to me that its a awesome moisturizer. Hi Angie. I absolutely love your videos. Im gonna be 40 this year (ugh) and I started looking into using some of the products you use. As of right now money is tight for me with the Retin A. I've been using the Glycolic Acid at night. I do have hormonal break outs that I think I kinda have under control. What are your thoughts on the Glycolic Acid? Good news! I went to Costco today and they were selling the 3.4 oz Olay Regenerist Microsculpting Serum Fragrance free (on sale for $6 off the reg price). I've been dying to try it since I watched this video. They also had the 2 pack of Microsculpting cream for $38 and change. I remembered you said Costco stopped selling it so thought you'd be excited to know that it is back! Also, picked up some of the Kirkland make-up removing wipes. Can't wait to try them out. I haven't checked in with you in awhile - you look even younger and more beautiful! Wow!

Your complexion looks pretty. I use Pond's Cold Cream to remove my make-up. My mom used that and everytime I open the jar, and smell the light fragrance I think of her. She passed away a few months ago. I wash my face with a washcloth and Dove fragrance free soap. I use Cera Ve PM moisturizer and Vaseline lightly as a eye cream. My eye doctor said Vaseline is the best moisturizer as an eye cream. I should try some of the serums or Retin A creams that you use.

Check with ur derm about putting those moisturizers on top of the retinal. My derm said it lessons the effectiveness of the retinol. Thanks for sharing. I like hearing about some quality drug store products for a change. I recently been dealing with some adult acne. I stopped using the clarasonic as well and it helped. I am going to try some of the products u suggested. I do think u are right about irritating my skin too much causing the acne. I am soooo sensitive to ingredients. Every time I try something new I cause a breakout. It's so frustrating. Thanks again.

I recently bought the olay regenerist microsculpting super cream instead of the normal microsculpting cream. Have you ever tried the super cream? Is there any difference between these two? I love your videos so much! Thanks for posting such well done videos! Xxx

Hi Angie. Thanks for your great videos. You are beautiful and you look amazing for your age! Also, I'm very impressed with your knowledge on skincare and active ingredients. My skincare routine is not at all dissimilar to yours, only I use the BHA exfoliant instead of an AHA one which, is gentler and also helps me with my acne. Just a heads up on the Peter Thomas Roth Un-wrinkle Peel Pads, although their AHA content is very high (about 20%) their pH of 6 is way too high/basic for any exfoliation to occur. (AHAs & BHAs need a pH of 4 or lower to act as exfoliants). I also love Olay's Regenerist line and use the Microsculpting Serum myself, but I'm not a big fan of the Microsculpting Cream (or anything in jar packaging for that matter), as all any antioxidants it contains will oxidize very fast. Moving onto your Best and Worst sunscreens video now! :)

Your skin looks fab , I worry about using the hydro quinine as I read it's been linked to cancer !! So it puts me off using it , although I have a lot of skin discoloration and have actually had fraxal laser but eventually the discoloration returns over the following years

Angie, I can't take Retin A on my neck either, but I am able to use Alpha Hydroxy Acid there. I use the Studio 35 Beauty brand which I get here in NY from Duane Reade, but I think everywhere else it is the Walgreens brand. It stings a bit but that goes away quickly , and I layer a moisturizer on the neck too. I think you would get faster results than with the rosehip oil.
