Not defending them, but your business capital and your personal money are 2 different things. They could be using the credit card money or had a personal loan taken out, which cannot be used or invested into the business. My opinion only, guys 🙏

In 2009, Michon decided to sell the restaurant, almost two years after their appearance on Kitchen Nightmares. The new owners continued to operate under the same name and aimed at maintaining the improvements brought about by Ramsay. As of 2023, the Old Stone Mill is still in business.

There are also no cockroaches and generally not as much rotten food in UK episodes... that doesnt mean that american restaurants are generally less hygienic, (though they do have less hygiene restrictions propably) it is merely the different viewing cultures of american versus british viewers. I was served once scallops in a restaurant, they said it's their bestseller, I almost puked but I still ate half of my food. It tastes like the smell of the sea. I laughed at this because it's totally me. I have no confidence to complain or anything but I'll never go back again to that restaurant. 🤣

The Old Stone Mill was sold to the DiNapoli family in 2009. Chef Michael remained in the kitchen. For a while after the sale Dean was listed as owner and Louis DiNapoli as general manager. Yelp reviews were mixed after filming and more recent reviews also remain mixed. Reviews were most positive on Trip Advisor . They appear to have declined in more recent reviews. The Facebook page has been renamed as DiNapoli’s Stone Mill Restaurant. There was new management for the restaurant in November 2018. They moved away from the Olde Stone Mill Steakhouse concept that Gordon instilled. It moved more towards Italian food with a few classic American dishes. The DiNapoli family sold the restaurant in 2022. It reopened as Wicked Wolf North in September 2022.

Its not that she don't want to bother or pressure him more, is she don't care for it, she can just jump ship for all she cares
