At 0:46 another reason why its correct to run now is that your opp has his mid-point stripped down to only 2 checkers and be very reluctant to hit you in the outfield and break his midpoint when he still has 1 man back. This is a key point to look for. If your opps midpoint only has 2 checkers, run your back men in front of it to avoid the avalanche that is about to come and hit you in their home board.
