My Door Flew Open On The Freeway | Hasp Installed |
Hi everyone!
In this episode I install a hasp style lock to keep my door closed. (At least temporarily.)
I think hasps are unsightly so I devise a plan to help disguise.
Enjoy, and thank you for your support, I love each and every one of you. 👍🏼

Hi Roy! I hope you’re enjoying summer, thanks for your support!
Hi! Glad to see such a nice Scamp. We know how difficult it is to paint one of these, so kudos to you 👍

Thank you Frank! No damage was done, thanks. 👍🏼
It looks great. I’m probably going to sound paranoid, but I’d put that lock through the catch when I’m inside the camper so that nobody could lock me inside.

Thank you! I thought of that later.
A brass lock would look sweet against the avocado. 🥑

John, how's your spare tire mount doing out back? Holding up pretty good?

Recently found your site and have been watching your fiberglass work on the Scamp and I've learned a lot about working with fiberglass. I've got an '82 Scamp that I'm working on. Question: When you got your Scamp did it have the decals? How did you get them off or did you just put some kind of skim coat over them to cover up the edges? Thank you.

Hi Justin. My trailer had big reddish decals on each side saying ‘Scamp’ .. it took. While but with a razor blade and Goo-Gone I was able to take them off. Glad you like the channel! Johnny
