Adam, longtime Yankees fan and Woo watcher here. So we definitely never call New Yankee Stadium the House they Ruth built, as that was the old demolished stadium. This is the House that George built (Steinbrenner). We don't consider this new stadium a cathedral & most fans didn't want the new stadium. Also the Sinatra vs Liza thing used to be true in the old stadium when George was alive.

The chants you heard at the start of the game is a yankee tradition known as the roll call. After the first pitch the fans in that section, known as the bleacher creatures, will start chanting each player, other then the catcher and pitcher for obvious reason, and wont stop until said player waves or reacts to the chant. The only time that I can recall, and I'm sure someone will correct me if needed, that they didn't do the roll call, was the game after the voice of the stadium bob sheppard passed away.

Adam, really enjoyed your awesome video! Love NYC and again wish I could visit but, not at all possible! I've only been to The Ballpark in Fort Worth and long before they moved. That burger looked so good and so did your nachos! Looking forward to your next vlog. Adam, YOU ROCK!!!!!
Hello from Gatlinburg TN Mr Woo and Jay...i love old baseball history, being from thr Boston area ..The spot where old Yankee stadium was is amazing..I remember last year as you guys were in Fenway and showed where home plate was from the first park in Boston was 🏞️🌄🐻
that is a classic architectural stadium, yay Rays, it's more fun riding the subway with a friend, happy to see you and TampaJay enjoying a win at Yankees Stadium, I bet the nightlights view from your hotel room is beautiful
You, Jay and Chris all look healthy and happy, and watching when I saw your 99 burger, I think I came. That burger looks incredible!!! Jim K in Nashville
I remember going to old Yankees Stadium a few times as a kid. The Bronx was a different animal in the 70's & 80's. I'd love to tour the new stadium just for the stories and history.
Glad you got to see the W the last two games did not go well. But glad you got to see yankee stadium I watched my rangers play there several times over the years and it is always a experience.
Awesome collab! Woo-Hoo! 🤗 Go Rays!!!
Fun fact: I was the one that told you where the 99 burger was. That was me in 12:18 lol. Honored to play a small part in the video lol
hello again Adam and Tampa Jay , another cool interesting video , the whispering thing was cool lol , well done and thank you 😊
Good thing Issac didn't go full George Brett. I can imagine he wasn't overly pleased. Thanks for the awesome video, AtW and Tampa Jay. Always love the ballgame vids.
If you guys come back, you should check out the Yankee museum in the stadium, they have all the baseballs signed by every person who put on the pinstripes, also have Thurman Munson’s locker from the old stadium. And if you have the funds, legends seating is out of this world. Like non stop food, snacks, drinks etc it’s crazy.
Yogi Berra was the Houston Astros bench coach from 1985-1989. I wish I had the opportunity to meet this great man but never did. Glad you were able to meet him Adam.
I. went to the old Yankee stadium before the new one was built when they lost against Baltimore years ago and now a few years ago i became an Astros fan . thanks for sharing Adam an Jay
Thanks for sharing I’m enjoying visiting NYC
Baseball nerd here! I was definitely wondering when the baseball video was happening. Had to watch Tampa Jay and Adam. Both great videos of a great game!
Beautiful day in NY and that burger looked delicious! Good vid Adam
HERE WE ARE~~~~FROM YANKEE STADIUM~~~~Great video Adam!!!!
So glad you got to see Yankee Stadium and the Rays.
I am loving these New York vlogs! ❤❤
I absolutely love your baseball vlogs!! Jay does a great job too!!
Each of the flags show the standings in that division. It dates back to the old Yankee Stadium. Also, it was great meeting you at this game!
sooo cool!!!! i just LOVE these baseball vlogs
As a Yankee fan, this series took some years off my life but a hard fought series none the less, can’t wait to run it back in the ALCS 🤝

I didn't know the Rays won the World Series already and it is only the end of May. lol
A-Rod played 3rd base for the Yankees. 161stand River had a access point that went under the bleachers and inside the indoor batting cages to the maintenance areas for the stadium crew. Also the bull pen and acess to outfield. I use to deliver to the Yankees.
I'm glad you got to visit the Subway Whispering Gallery.
Those are great replicas of the old friezes along the roof that used to be along the upper deck before the old stadium was renovated in the seventies.
I find it funny that when you got off the subway, there were wall ads for R.I.T. I’m like…did I just see that? I did just see my hometown area college in an ad in NYC. Watching this reminded me of my senior trip in high school where my class visited Toronto and went to a Blue Jays game. I have never been to NYC so thanks for visiting.
Yankee fan here. You know your stuff. Very nice video! 👍
I was at the old Yankee Stadium for David Well's Perfect game. That arch in the softball field is a part of the old stadium and you use to be able see the subway pass over behind right field. Definitely miss the voice of Bob Shepard. "NOW Batting..For the New York Yankees..Number 2... Derek Jeeterrrr
It’s a majestic stadium. That’s why it’s called the Front office of baseball. Great video.
As a Yankee fan this was great to watch seeing the Stadium and where the Old Stadium was. @29:18 and there is the cockiness. lol They split, enough said and this series showed the Rays can be beaten.
OMG Adam your rocking it in New York I mean the places you have shown so far have been amazing and I couldn’t ask for more and you really are making this trip a trip like no other and it sure is great to have Tampa Jay around he is quite the character now I must thank you so much for the trip inside Yankee Stadium I’ve always wanted to see it up close and personal and you did one heck of a job of showing off the Stadium 🏟️ now even though I wasn’t there in person I can cross Yankee Stadium off my bucket list thanks to you because you made me feel like I was right there and if I didn’t say it before the view from your room is so breathtaking I mean i could stand there and look out the window all day so thanks again and I look forward to more adventures in New York now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and I’ll see you on the next awesome Adam the daily woo adventures peace ☮️ out ✌️
Jay dancing on The Joker Stairs - "Jokes on me." 😂
My Grandparents lived in this neighborbood long time ago. I have been up and down those stairs 100 times. When I saw them in the movie I was like..."the stairs!" They were like the first stairmaster!
Adam, assuming you’re going to Citi field, the original shea stadium bases are marked with plaques in the parking lot. Google maps has them with a locator.

Really enjoyed this one Adam, and the game with Tampa
Adam you gotta hit up Flushing meadow park while you are in NY. Check out the museum and see everything left over from the 1964 worlds fair where it’s a small world, carousel of progress, great moments with Mr Lincoln and the ford magic skyway premiered!
I was lucky to visit old yankee stadium in 2007 when I too started my tour to go to all the ball parks in baseball. My brother and I did this for 4 years going to all the parks except for the west coast. Had started making plans for a west coast in 2011 when he passed away so it ended. I was a little dissappointed when I was in Tampa for the Rays game in 2009 but they did win against the Phillies. So when you talk about the Trop. I understand.
Ahhh great video! 👏🏽 was wondering when you’d go to Yankee Stadium
Congrats on the Rays win! Today y’all will be at the Citibank Field-have fun
Wow brilliant set of steps to run up ..
Adam, I think you're supposed to face the wall in Grand Central. It's called--I didn't know this--a "Whispering Arch"
that was great showing were the old stadium was, it would give me chills
I didn't know the game outcome, lots of good film , epic vlog . Nicely done.
Good morning. Glad to see you had a good day.
Dont Care to go to New York but I enjoyed your videos and seeing NY. And thumbs up for the baseball games you guys go to
HEY ATW...YOUR AWAY STADIUM LIST IS IMPRESSIVE...Most Impressive. That "WHALE CALL" sound you keep hearing in Yankee Stadium is the proximity alert siren on the "DEATH STAR" and "IMPERIAL STAR DESTROYERS" from Star Wars !
My dad is Bobby Mercer's 2nd cousin. Bobby married Kay Rhodes. It may have been 40 years ago, but I remember BBQs in the off season at their house in OK. Bobby and a catcher Darryl Porter (Rangers) graduated in OKC in the mid 60s.
I was here in the fall of 2022, my first trip to New York. I had a blast!
Watching that grand slam on tv was awesome, but I bet being there was amazing!
Love jay u guys together are my favorite videos
0:23 Carlitos Way! You were right there where the final scene is filmed when you were at Grand Central!!
Im from New Zealand 🇳🇿 and EVERYTHING I know from baseball to breakdancing graffiti lead back to right here thank you 🙏 for a view of a overseas trip I didn’t get to make . Very cool ❤
Cool beans at the ball game. If you are in Mobile, AL the Battle House Hotel has one of the whispering corner dome things that's fun to do.
The burger looked delishes, I saw a yankee game back in 1982 when Darryl Strawberry was on the team. That is a nice stadium and happy that the Rays won go Rays
Loving this series in nyc with Tampa jay🎉
My Mom grew up on Anderson Ave... she walked to and from school up and down those steps 👍🏻😎
Adam I was rooting for the Rays as I watched your clips of the game. I'm glad they won. I noticed on your phone when you showed the stats, that the Braves are in first in the National League. The Braves is my home team. That stadium sure showed a lot of the old baseball greats from yesteryear. I thought of the movie, The Warriors when yall were in the subway stations. "Warriors, come out to play!" Film us some Warrior locations if you are still in New York.
Oh darn! I was at the game yesterday, would have been so cool to run into you! Good game, y'all took the win 😢
Happy Monday Adam & Jay 😎👍
Steeper than the exorcist steps!!! I better prepare for when I finally get there 🤣

The steps down to M Street in Georgetown are much more narrow and much more foreboding in their appearance.
Those stairs are no joker! I think his new name is Tampa Joker! You and Tampa Jay make a great team.
99,000 calories?
As my sound would say. “You guys are in the pleated pants section “. What a beautiful day. Glad the Rays won for you
Hope you can come to Houston in july to see the stros n rays series. You can also do Robocop and Rushmore movie filming locations. Keep the videos coming!!!
Citi field next? Check out the shea stadium home plate in the parking lot. Kinda cool. Check out the Mets dog sitting in front of the stadium dripping in Mets gear. Just a couple interesting aspects of Citi.
Hi Adam, I know you’re in one of the busiest cities in the world but I have to say that you look very relaxed even though you’re filming all day. That city can get intense after a while. Thoroughly enjoying your stay in New York 😊
Adam, please at Target Field to your list. It is such a beautiful stadium. Also, we have a lovely minor legue venue in the Twin Cities (St. Paul) as well called CHS field. We are hoping to hit Wrigley this summer! Yankee is on our list eventually too!
Loved it, it’s great being with you two! Don’t make eye contact in the subway 😂

I'll bet the Bus Driver was a Mets fan. Because I am and all brothers are Yankees fans. So I would definitely pull for the Rays! Glad they won! ! Loved this Game👍🏻👍🏻
At Yankee Stadium did you go to monument park behind centerfield? I hope you did and saved it for another video. The best history of the Yankees is there. Anyway great video as always. Thanks for sharing your adventures
That big concrete courthouse in the background of the old Yankee Stadium grounds can be seen in old photos of Yankee Stadium.
Thank you Adam...
Adam I am a station agent for the subway system. Nice to see you braved the system.
