Doing most of them already since the beginning of December: strength training 3x a week, surf if its clean, daily 5 minutes meditation, 80 percent clean eating, walking everyday 1 hour outside.

Dental student here: Please don’t refer to fluoride toothpaste as ”toxic”! It’s not and it’s the best way to prevent cavities (along with limiting your sugar intake). Also oil pulling does NOT prevent cavities. It’s especially important to use fluoride toothpaste if you have veneers or crowns since you don’t want to have cavities underneath them!

Does oil pulling have any kind of positive effect? I‘m thinking about trying it out but not sure if it‘s really good for you.

@@alexaschuchterit’s been reported to clean the mouth but it’s only because of the mecanical force of the oil when you swoosh it around in your mouth and not the actual oil itself. But it’s a minimal difference and there are more effective ways to clean your teeth (like brushing). Hope my answer helps!

YIKES. I’ll be Fluoride free forever!!! It’s already in your tap water, dear god. Many just as effective ways to take care of your teeth and oral hygiene without compromising your health. I’m so happy she’s promoting it! Love my fluoride free dentist! Let people do their own research and critical thinking.
