My Corkscrew Progression 2011-2020
All my best cork clips from different point of time through my tricking journey. The highlight is in the shape of the regular cork but also has a lot of variations and cork combos in it. If there is a gap between clips, it's either because I was injured or because I wasn't training much corks.
200+ different tricking tricks:
First 100 • 100 TRICKING TRICKS
Second 100+ • 100 MORE TRICKING TRICKS
My tricking tutorials:
• DOUBLE LEG VARIATION -...
Song: PMD2 - Through the sea of time - Orchestral remix
Nanatsu no Taizai OST - 09 - Eri0ne$

My priorities in tricking:
Clean style, versatility, safety, enjoyment.
What I'm aiming to do:
Create educational content, make tricking accessible to everyone, and inspire.

Had to change the second song because of copyright issues. So, in case you were wondering about why it doesn't really fit in, that's the case.

I know. I was a trampoline flipper before learning cork so for me flipping twists came more naturally. I had double full in back out from tramp to pit before learning even a gainer flash on floor 😅

Yeah I have used a lot of songs from that anime but they are all copyrighted (videos are at least demonetised). This one I will not change until it will block the video from the entire worldseeing it because it fits the video so well 😍
Inspiration!
So fun to grow up into that
Absolutely amazing we need Scorcese to do a Biography for you. The Road To Cork.
Beautiful progression 😊👌 your persistancy is epic ! 😉 I feel kinda old now... had a perfect cork before 2006 😅 even managed a swingthru. Back when there was only Bilang and Jujimufu, and no youtube 😋 printed tutorials and website downloaded samplers 😆 if I only had kept as much at it after 2012, after my 3rd kid and studies 🤔☺️ love tricking 🤟
Good job 👌

Very cool video, keep it up! Maybe a dumb question, but how tall/heavy are you? You look taller then the "normal" tricker ^^ Do you think ur hight limits your tricks?

Just 179 cm. Weight 83 kg now. I don't feel too tall.
Because if I play good flips today I won't be able to play like that tomorrow

Well sorry but can't really help much. I don't know your skill level, what kind of stuff you are into etc. Just make content that you yourself can be proud of. Bring out your strengths.

How long did you have your gainer before you decided to learn cork?
@johzuke1

I tried my first cork on that blue mat in the beginning of the video before having a gainer flash. Landed cork maybe 4-5 months after gainer flash 😅
Bro does weight gaining ever had a issue on your tricks? And sometimes a little Belly fat also makes me a little worried.
@johzuke1
3 жыл бұрын
It's something that really depends on how you train and how much you gain muscle vs fat and muscle where. For example gaining leg mass, which will make you heavier, can help you with having more stabile landings and saves your joints in the long run. Squats are very good for your knees where as tricks are pretty bad for them. It's about having a balance. Fat gain is never optimal, but being on too low body fat percentage or too big caloric deficit can be bad for recovery and can lead to injuries. I don't know if I answered your question. I feel stronger now than in 2016 for example but get tired a little faster at sessions.

@@johzuke1 that's all I wanted to know, thanks man. Every time u post something u help me with something. God bless you mate.
Missä järjestyksessä suosittelisit opettelemaan kaikki twist liikkeet? Osaan jo b-twistin (tosin en ole ehtinyt treenaamaan sitä hetkeen jalassa olevan lievän vamman takia). Ja missä välissä on hyvä alkaa harjoittelemaan tuplia?
@johzuke1
3 жыл бұрын
you do something really weird with your hands lol. could you do a full before you tried doing cork?
