My Corkscrew Progression 2011-2020

All my best cork clips from different point of time through my tricking journey. The highlight is in the shape of the regular cork but also has a lot of variations and cork combos in it. If there is a gap between clips, it's either because I was injured or because I wasn't training much corks.
200+ different tricking tricks:
First 100 • 100 TRICKING TRICKS
Second 100+ • 100 MORE TRICKING TRICKS
My tricking tutorials:
• DOUBLE LEG VARIATION -...
Song: PMD2 - Through the sea of time - Orchestral remix
Nanatsu no Taizai OST - 09 - Eri0ne$
Pokemon Sinnoh Champion Battle Theme (Epic Orchestral Remix) by Lugigigas
Instagram: johzuke?hl=fi
My priorities in tricking:
Clean style, versatility, safety, enjoyment.
What I'm aiming to do:
Create educational content, make tricking accessible to everyone, and inspire.

    Had to change the second song because of copyright issues. So, in case you were wondering about why it doesn't really fit in, that's the case.

Back when there was only Bilang and Jujimufu, and no youtube 😋 printed tutorials and website downloaded samplers 😆 if I only had kept as much at it after 2012, after my 3rd kid and studies 🤔☺️ love tricking 🤟

    Bro does weight gaining ever had a issue on your tricks? And sometimes a little Belly fat also makes me a little worried.

  • @johzuke1

    @johzuke1

    3 жыл бұрын

    It's something that really depends on how you train and how much you gain muscle vs fat and muscle where. For example gaining leg mass, which will make you heavier, can help you with having more stabile landings and saves your joints in the long run. Squats are very good for your knees where as tricks are pretty bad for them. It's about having a balance. Fat gain is never optimal, but being on too low body fat percentage or too big caloric deficit can be bad for recovery and can lead to injuries. I don't know if I answered your question. I feel stronger now than in 2016 for example but get tired a little faster at sessions.

    Missä järjestyksessä suosittelisit opettelemaan kaikki twist liikkeet? Osaan jo b-twistin (tosin en ole ehtinyt treenaamaan sitä hetkeen jalassa olevan lievän vamman takia). Ja missä välissä on hyvä alkaa harjoittelemaan tuplia?

  • @johzuke1

    @johzuke1

    3 жыл бұрын

    Hyvä kysymys ja vaihtelee tietenkin henkilön mukaan. Jos itse nyt lähtisin ekaa kertaa opettelemaan twisti liikkeitä niin järjestys olisi seuraava: Cw full, B-twist, roundoff full, scoot full, cork, standing full, A-twist. En opettelisi tuplia ennen variaatioita kuten round, dleg ja swipe. Shuriken ja hyperhook on myös semmosia, mitä harjottelisin nyt ennen tuplia jo vähän. Mutta tää riippuu kyllä niin paljon yksilöllisistä tekijöistä. Mulle esimerkiksi voltti kierteet oli aina aluks helpompia kuin vaaka-akselilla pyörivät kierteet. Trikkauksessa kuitenkin kaikkia akseleita tarvitaan. Mikäli ei oo volttitaustaa, niin kannattaa ehkä lähteä niistä itselle parhaan tuntuisista.
