Lovely video..I will definitely make your paramesan Christmas tree...looks delicious! I also make the toffee Crack and I add broken candy canes on top of the chocolate for a Christmas theme. I have never added raisins...I will try that next time...thanks again for always having such great videos and ideas!

I call this Buttercrunch Candy, and for Christmas, add crushed candy canes sprinkled over the chocolate instead of the nuts/fruit! Always popular, and nice in little cellophane bags tied with ribbon. You and Katie hold your hands in exactly the same way! Fun to someone to cook with at this time of year!

Hi Helen another great recipe tip l will definitely have a go at the Christmas craic. I have made the puff pastry tree with Nutella but the pesto one sounds delicious so will be trying that for our family gathering on Boxing Day. I try to get ahead like yourself so l can enjoy the day without being too busy and getting stressed out. X

Those crackers are known in the USA as Saltines.. they are starting to sell them here now in the UK because of COSTCO.. Pink makes the boys wink.. 🎉 Try a “long pedlar” Sloe Gin @bitter Lemon drink Fresh 🍋 Lemon slice on ice. That will make you giggle..😊

Did anyone try making the Christmas crack? Mine didn’t work out😂 what happened is the butter separated out into a pool and wouldn’t combine wit the sugar. Want to try it again as have all the crackers and choc ready! What did I do wrong I wonder. Gonna watch it again. Love your vids Helen xxx

That's really strange.... I've made it twice without a problem. Did you put the sugar and butter (pure butter) in together and then let it all melt down..... Can't imagine why that would happen. Hope it works second time around xx
