It is January 5th, 2024 at time of writing. Jellie has passed away age 17. I am rewatching this video as it brought me so much ecstatic joy the first time around to see my favourite KZread cat immortalised into my favourite game. This is the epitome of honour, and the culmination of memories of a truly special cat that meant the world not only to Scar, but to an entire community of devoted fans. Jellie's memory will be kept alive, forever and always. I can't believe I have to write these words. Goodbye, Jellie. Sleep peacefully.

I didn't know Jellie all that long, but I'm so glad she had been with Scar for such a long, well-lived and amazing life through all the good and the bad times. It makes me truly happy to know she will always be there in our hearts and immortalized into this beautiful blocky game.

This is the coolest, sweet, most adorable, lovely thing that MC could’ve done & they chose the best possible person with the biggest heart out of anyone. I feel so bad for Scar, RIP Jellie.

Scar, I must say that Jellie is a very cute cat. If it wasn't for my cat, I wouldn't be into cats like I am today. Before I started dating my wife, she had our cat since our little cat was 2 years old. I became apart of our cat's family just over 5 years ago and I am a big fan of the Cat fandom. So, if you see a silver hair tabby in Minecraft, I would like to think that Max (My cat) would love to play with Jellie in Minecraft. And Scar, I hope you don't get Scarred for life if you read this.

Watching this is all the more painful after the recent events, rest in peace Jellie, may your legacy be remembered for the decades to come... I myself was moreso rooting for Maui (Grian's cat) back when that event was still prevelant, but looking at it now, I am more than glad that Jellie was the one to get the favour of being eternalized within Minecraft itself.
