The driving course I went too bought a mustang with a 5.0 because “ it gets up to speed faster on the highway”, every person that went to that course including myself had a story about how they got on the highway entrance and floored down the on ramp while the instructor didn’t say or do anything, that course was also 100$ more then the one down the street

This man went above and beyond the assignment and went to the absolute point of great lengths adding an extra cylinder onto each side of the block just so he could prove them all right in the end.

I used to be dirt poor back when I lived in a third world country, migrated to the US, got a decent job and got a v6. It's my dream car. Never thought I would own a car. I can't feel any of the v8 enthusiasts hate for it since every day feels like a dream when I drive it. I am content 🚗❤️

Yea I drive a 1966 Ford Mustang with a 200ci inline 6. It gets the job done, super reliable and I’m thankful for the lack of cylinders especially the way gas prices are now.

I have a 2019 turbo mustang and I love it. We sure are spoiled with horsepower nowadays to make fun of a 300hp rwd car haha. Plus you can cruise at 100mph on the highway and still make 30mpg. I’ve got the 6 speed manual and it’s a ton of fun. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about it. Plus hearing that turbo spool up is a sweet sound too. Edit two years later. I now drive a 2021 mustang GT with manual transmission and yes it’s faster of course but I still stand by my original comment. If you’re considering te ecoboost I say go for it. You’ll love it.

Plus all it takes is a cobb tune to e85 and now your ecoboost is faster than a stock 5.0. Throw a big turbo on there and you’re really moving. With less weight so your ass doesn’t slang out either. Ecobeast

@@HNKYTHECLOWN the 350z or G35 is a great deal for sure, I own one so Im a bit biased lmao I will say though, when I worked at a Ford dealership we rarely had any mustangs come in for any maintenance. The new mustangs are reliable cars and every model puts down decent power. Personally I’d go with a VQ anyday over a ecoboost or V6 mustang. But that’s because I honestly can’t afford one. If I could I probably still would rather spend it on something else more reasonable.

You gotta give it to ford. Even the base model v6s make way more power then we did back in the 2000s on the 2v and 3v v8's. A built 2v take alot of work to even hit 300hp na. Now you've got v6s making that from the factory and those eco boost with a little work can make 350. I've loved mustangs for 24 years since I got my 96 cobra. Ever evolving into a better car. And the interiors on these new ones are some of my favorite interiors I've ever seen on a new car.
