Hey man, great videos. I wanted to add something: you waste a lot of energy doing that initial pull on your deadlifts as opposed to just pulling one smooth pull. Consider it on your next PR if you're interested. Have a good one.

@@MatthewSu Also, a tip for deadlift is using more of your legs. Right now you are pulling almost completely from your back which is normal for a conventional stance (same one i do). Use more of your hamstrings and you can easily get 4 plates. Also you can roll the barbell. I recommend watching Eddie Hall for the form and do RDLs for the feel.
