“I will either come back after raising the Indian flag in victory or return wrapped in it, but I will come for

alive.Remembering him, Mr.Vishal Batra, his twin brother tells a story of courage, a story of love and a
story of a true patriot and his family...
Mr.Vishal Batra is a Retail Banking and Financial Services professional having an overall experience of
17 years. As a zonal head of ICICI Bank he leads a team size of close to 1300 people across various
Business functions. Vishal Batra is the twin brother of Captain Vikram Batra who was an officer of the Indian Army, posthumously awarded with the Param Vir Chakra, India's highest and most prestigious award for valour, for his actions during the 1999 Kargil War.
Vishal Batra who is a Banker by profession has spoken on several occasions about his brother who became the face of the young Indian soldier who fought ferociously and died fearlessly. Sir with all due respect nobody in Merchant Navy gets 1 lac straightaway. You serve as deck cadet and earn 25-30K a month at most. After 1 year if u are lucky enough you may get absorbed by a foreign company and will get paid 1 lac that 2 for a max 6-8 month contract. Armed forces that time in 99 had low pay scale but still offered great perks like free accommodation, schooling, Penison, what not. Army is a way of life ! You can’t compare it with any other job. Its true for all the countries. A Colonel now gets 2 lac+ and commands 1000 Men under him , that is something that not many can offer.

When we were in school, history was being written by Captain Vikram Batra. But now it’s been 22 years & about time that our country’s education system includes this story into their syllabus and also the tales of shaheed Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, Rajguru, Azad, Ashfaqullah Khan, netaji Bose, Mangal Pandey, Shivaji Maharaj & numerous others… It’s really sad that movies are doing the job meant to be done by the education system

I saw the movie today and was praying that somehow he stays alive despite knowing the truth. Hats off and huge huge respect to you. Our curriculum has been strategically prepared by "intellectuals" who didn't want to instill a sense of nationality, patriotism and pride in our own heritage and history. But, the movement has started. People are becoming aware of the brainwashing they have been subjected to for decades through school textbooks, bollywood and media. Jai Hind!

Sad to see his biopic being made after 21 years, whereas bollywood keeps making biopics of underworld dons. This change has come after this Govt came into existence else we would not have seen this story on big screen. At least this Govt is making sure we never forget our real heroes.

Army general V P Malik.... Great . Ask him where was he when the war broke out. He did not report to Kargil. He was in Pune getting medical surgery of his wife. Another general was in Poland for a whole month. He reported well after Kargil was over . Kargil itself was a result of lazy army response from 1996-98 to military intelligence that Pakistan army is getting control of peaks on Indian border.

Brother as u don't expect snow in summers likewise u should not expect anything other than entertainment in this market called youtube.... KZread is undoubtedly a prominent supplier of entertainment as compared to other genres offered in it. So that's the reason why these unique entertainers(dhinchak pooja) are noticed more than any other genres.. Final words, Humour is the lighest thing to digest and reality is the hardest one... (Y)
