Point of personal privilege: why would they take actors from the Midwest and have them say they are from the "hills of Tennessee"? I grew up and live in Memphis, Tennessee, and have lived in Knoxville (400 miles away) and Chattanooga (320 miles away). I would never believe Jones was from Tennessee, much less "the hills" (eastern Tennessee). Appalachia has its own culture and dialect distinct from "Southern." I'm not as familiar with Kentucky, but Rollins sounds more Midwestern as well. Sorry - now back to the movie...

Great short movie. Glad Robert made it. I thought he got shot in the head, or was he the one who lost his leg from the grenade? Didn't he get left for dead by his comrades?
Is it me or does anyone else hear battlefield 1 music
Who was your military advisor? Who walks in the open behind enemy lines and then sits with their helments off and has a nice little chat without being on guard? They are both dead men for being stupid! I couldn't get past minute 6:00.

James Clark It’s funny, I saw the exact same things you just condemned this film for in Saving Private Ryan, and nobody bats an eye. And their military advisor was a retired Marine who should have known better than that too.
I feel like you could have had a better quality than 360p

and chain saws lol it was no saving private Ryan for sure. also..wouldn't the 2 guys have passed each other on the driveway? I mean, she just got the letter and there he is knocking on her door.

Hi, I’m the guy who played Jones, and I actually am from the hills of Tennessee. I just got a good English education.
Can't understand why they walk in a open field. Instead of keeping where there is cover.
For someone to be beaten like that and no blood or bruises

TK-516, 501st Legion. Funny... they don’t look like 501st...
This story was directed by someone who has never experienced the fear and adrenaline of combat. I mean, two soldiers lost, aimlessly walking thru open fields during an allied landing asking each other stupid questions. Hmmm..
Dropped behind enemy lines and stops and sit down to write in his diary in the open to reflect. Really!

This sucked! Dogs in the background barking, chainsaws being ran. I mean WTF??!!

Well, the dogs could have been around on various farms, even if the farms had been evacuated. And the Germans certainly had some dogs with them at times. But the chainsaw? Yup, I heard that. A bit strange, for sure.
