Yeah, same. I play Shujinko with Liu Kang and I have no trouble at all with his inputs.

I love that Ed and Peacemaker were both considered by many to be the low-point of the respective line-up of DLC characters but then each came out swinging.

I think the thing that delights me the most in watching Peacemaker is.....he calls out most of his special moves? Mortal Kombat is notoriously a grunts and groans kinda soundscape with few lines of dialogue so having a character be more like say a Street Fighter character or anime fighter character is nice to listen to. Always a good time to be full screen and just shout TORPEDO as you go for a hail mary

I agree Max lol some of those difficult Mortal Kombat combo challenges at the end are damn near impossible and definitely way harder than anything at Street Fighter or Tekken I agree.The timing and execution of them are just ridiculous. Peacemaker is a wild character.

In case anyone has issues with peacemaker's kombo trial 7, you can omit the insta-gravity move. You can only hold Sonya's projectile and get close to the oponent to get the aerial combo.

Not even really related to the video, but the iconic Dood intro is the only hyped-up cinematic intro on KZread that is consistently exciting and not cringe at all

Peacemaker was my most anticipated character cause I love The Suicide Squad and adored his show. I actually got into MK cause the leaks where going around that he was going to be DLC. But he was clearly the character everyone was least hyped for, and the internet made that clear. But now I'm so happy to see people loving him and enjoying him so much!

Lol I remember that kombo too. It was long like one of those Tekken 12 hits and u had to switch to his staff stance in the middle of the kombo I believe. I never bothered to attempt it lol.

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one struggling with his combos lol, I’m getting there but some of are these are “what?”

The shujinko part was easy for me It’s just like doing a Special move but just hit the kameo assist after he hits but it was a pain to get all of it to land. These combos they show are like ones that are the least likely to actually happen lol. Some offer some ideas of setups tho that’s about it. Otherwise just very strict timing that’s not really dependent due to how the game is u have to be Frame perfect on the eagly after boom and I think they messed up the input with him or he has a different move they took out. I think it still works regularly.

I wonder how easy it would be for NRS to make every character as open and have as many options as peacemaker does. I'm sure some minor tweaking could make most the roster like this.
