People have disorders and things out of their control. Choosing to not do anything about them is a choice, which is when, in cases like these, the mocking starts. Just shave like any man who cant grow a decent looking beard does. There is nothing wrong with growing facial hair, but if you care about what other people think (and you should) then you have to groom, and this goes for anyone. Unfortunately, you just have to put in extra effort. This is an extreme example that I don't think you'd want to follow.

Because in my 28 years the only people that ever have problems with beards are those that cant grow them.

It’s not something to be proud I am a mental health psychologist I would say donot let it disturb you but normalise it as it’s a normal condition . It’s simply a message from your body for doing more excercise and less consumption of sugar
