Thanks for the demo - doing this awesome bass justice for sure! I had the 4-string version of this - sold it to a young aspiring bassist. The primary bassist at church has used this bass since it first came out in '96 and it is still the best bass I have ever heard. Keep up the good work friend!

I use too have a 98 jazz bass Deluxe and you're right Johnny that Year fender Got it Right that bass was Super Funky with that Audere preamp it put it over the top That's One Happy Bass Owner indeed. Bravo👍💪😁

I have 2008 model and I'm looking to change the preamp so I can have it in passive and active without losing the fender jazz sound , can you recommend me a preamp to buy, bass direct in uk have a fews from nordstrand, bartolin , arguilar Delano etc. But my main worry is take something who will make it lose the original voice .

I had a black 4 string.....I fell on hard times and let it go 17 years ago. I regret that decision to this day!

Correct, the original owner messed up taking that Suhr preamp out.
