Wow wow wow I visited beverly hills club in LA many times but was always afraid of buying car from their showroom as most of the time the car I want would be like your car status. You are an inspiration and love your work and eye for details You should start restoration garage and i will be your first customer

Thanks for the detailed commentary and reference to other people that have been involved, it becomes a great resource on future restorations. My Mk2 3.8 jaguar is on the road ,so looking for another project soon.

Great job, I'm really impressed. I love the commentary. It makes me think that the effort is extraordinary, but not super human. Even mortals could do this with your dedication and eye for detail and perfection.

Absolutely beautiful. I had a 1955 Healey with 3speed transmission and electric overdrive. I was stationed in Key West, Florida with the Navy in 1959 to 1963. Drove the Healey home to Boca 2-3 times a month. Great little car. Being in south Florida I rarely put the top up. Good luck with your car. dr john

This is a fantastic recap, it is truly wonderful to watch someone restore a car with such integrity and in such detail. I came here through Richard Owen and I have really loved watching his restoration series. Would you ever consider creating a detailed restoration series as he does? I realise it would take a tremendous amount of additional work creating the videos on top of the restoration work and I couldn't even guarantee that KZread would make it worth your effort but I certainly would watch every episode.

Geoff, purchased a BN2 basket case 10 years ago and asked your father what he thought of the Jule replacement chassis. He told me not only no, but hell no! Anyway, I purchased a frame and interior metal parts from Kilmartin and they were perfect. Really enjoyed your video. A lot of topics really hit home. Restoration progress is slow, but not giving up! Cheers, Bill Denning

Awesome and very detailed i have a long road ahead as I was given a 1968 Austin Healey for my birthday,by my son it did have a 600 ninja motor installed and although i have not done much do to health reasons i am hoping try and get it going soon i did find a motor and trans mission and it is bare inside at the moment i do have a wiring harness kit and will attempt to do that soon,as a rebuilt one was out of the budget but i do have an old one

Superb job. Been following your channel for a few weeks now, and i'm impressed by all the details to the orginal condition / choices you made. Is inspiring for the BN1 we are rebuilding at the moment. A link to all the retailer/solutions you apply on your rebuild would be fantastic. Great job. Regards from France.

Hey Geoff, Just found your Healey 100 BN1 restoration recap. Brilliant job! How can I find the final paint job and full reassemble video, if there is such a gem? Cheers, from Downunder Doug, your crazy Healey nut in Australia. BTW I owned a bug-eyed Austin Healey Sprite, followed by a Triumph TR4A (IRS), the first with the independent rear suspension. Great cars, but kinda shy of my dream BN2 Healey.

My first car was an Austin Healey 100/6. My age kept me from enjoying the rolling narrative. The white noise of the stupid background music overwhelms old ears. I would like to find a way to filter out that idiocy so I can enjoy the details.
