I'm so shocked this video is still so popular even after 5 years!😱😱 My friend was their teacher and I got to visit them for the day. I was on vacation at the time, but now live in Korea. Annie Nguyen typical Americans. I grew up here all my life. Most are very selfish and arrogant. they don't like or care for foreigners. In most of Asia, people bend over backwards to help you and get to know you. Here, they are usually very rude and mean to foreigners.

Antara Bhide This year I was lucky to have taken part in an exchange programme in my school with korean students. When we played scissors,paper, stone, I (a kpop addict) screamed it in korean and all of them shouted "WHOAAA" which made me shook because I didn't think they could understand me. 😂😂

I went to an all-girl Korean high school in July of 2014, but I went there with my Korean friend when she was visiting and she was translating everything for me when they asked us to introduce ourselves LOL. The only thing I did was pronounce Infinite's group name with a Korean accent when they asked me which member I liked, and then when they mentioned Exo I told them, in Korean, that I didn't like them LOL. It was pretty fun though, they learned that I was the same age as them so they were like "Friend! Friend! 프렌드!" It was awesome.

Wow, everyone is so enthusiastic. When I was a new student at school or whenever there is a new student no one really cares and usually is eh about the person and we don't really introduce ourselves. We just say our names, well at least where I am at

Rough translation of what she's saying for those curious lol: I'm _ and I'm from America. In Korean age I'm 24, but in America I'm 23. I studied Korean for 2 years. (person asks about hobbies) I like listening to music and I really like hip hop. (student asks what artists does she like) Wheesung. She likes Gary, Dynamic Duo, Tablo, etc. (They ask her to sing). She says no. xD

I experienced this same thing! but it was like, 5 years ago lol, so i introduced myself at my friend's elementary school :) although it was only a day i attended that school, it was so fun! the kids had the same reaction when they found out i had perfect pronunciation (i'm fully korean and was born in korea but lived in america my whole life since i was 1) they thought i couldn't speak korean at all! haha but i was SOOOOOO nervous when introducing myself omfg. i'm glad you got to experience this too!

i actually came here as a student! my mom is japanese so we moved to japan and i started studying here. as for reactions, they just whispered pretty much. i could here a few ppl say like "woah she's from malaysia" and stuff not so quietly haha. after i took my seat during the break (there are 10 min breaks between classes in japan) basically the whole grade (lile other classes) gathered around my class to see me lol. it was super embarrassing for me 😂 the ppl were rly nice too! they greeted me immediately and asked to be friends 😁

Leinarina it depends on where you go and what kind of school you attend tho. the schools in tokyo, i heard, have many bullying incidents expecially for foreigners. i live a little further from tokyo so in my school its not that bad. and idk abt high school students as well since im currently in junior high school and graduating soon.
