You seem so happy in your750 RMB apartment, and I find myself complainaing about my 7500 RMB apartment. Happiness definitely doesn't depend on money, once you have enough to be comfortable - your life is what you make of it. Thanks for reminding me of that!

They're a pyramid scheme that sells products that are unnecessarily expensive. That soap was probably very expensive compared to the local or even national brand.

Hi, what does "de hua" mean in these contexts: "zhe jian gongyu de hua..." 0.54 and "zhe bian de hua..." 1.40 ? Is it just a filler and what would it roughly translate to, and is it a regional thing? Thank you

The gift of your friend is the most precious gift that someone could do to you. You should read the Bible daily in order to understand it. You should focus on the New Testament as the Old one is difficult and not necessarily. However, there are some Proverbs in the Old Testament that can give you a very important wisdow that could save you a lot of bad experiences in life, along with all the good fruits that you could harvest by their meditation. It's said in the Bible that there are 4 Empires that will rule the world until its end. The first 3 are finished, it was the Babylonian, the Persian, the Greek. Now, we're in the last one which is the Roman Empire that still exist even though you could have heard that it was dismantled with the fall of Constantinople. It has just been muted.
