this video has been very hard for me to film, and i am so so nervous for it to be uploaded. i wanted to be as honest as possible because i feel it is so so important to raise awareness of how how much an eating disorder like anorexia can ruin your life completely. i always want to be able to help as many other people as possible, so by sharing my story i hope i can do so. please if anyone needs help, support or is struggling than reach put to someone as i cannot stress enough how much it helps when you have active support around. for anyone is fighting, keep going, we are in this together. sending do much love to anyone who needs it, please please please always be kind xxx
