Hi just curious as to how you are doing now? I am currently in ed recovery and I've had 3 meals and three snacks today but mentally I still feel hungry. I'm scared to honour my mental hunger. Did it eventually die down for you ?

@@hannahpointon6620 yes it did, in recovery i didnt have cravings but i was always hungry mentally. because i had messed with my hunger cues it would make me think about food in order to make me eat. dont be scared hun you got this. ❤❤

hey, how it has been going, im in recovery and for the last week i almost ate 3-4 cals a day i guess and it realy scares me to honor my hunger

@@wellbealrightl Ohh honey dw, i ate 5-7k calories a day for 3 months before it stopped. i actually just got fully recovered. i no longer go to get help. dont be scared, at first you may get really bad body dysmorphia, but it'll get better. all hunger is vailed even though it may be confusing at first bc u have been depriving yourself of nutriton for so long. also when you recover even though you may be at the same weight as when you got sick, your body will look diffrent. you may also after a while find out that you get hypermetabolism. i know i did, and it scared me but if i didnt eat 4k calories a day (this was when i just started recovery) i would loose weight. i find that my body has a very diffrent ship w food now than before. i also gained more weight than i lost, but im still leaner now because i gained more muscle when i recovered. you can focus on othe rthings than weight and calories like maybe streght? idk that just really helped me to see the good in recovery, from being very weak to being stronger than most boys in my class. just take it as it comes and trust your body. good luck ml. ❤❤

You call that a healthy diet its largely all garbage that rots your teeth out and creates metabolic dysfunction. People are so lost. Whats the point of exercise if your diet consists of high glycemic garbage. Cucumber is one of the few healthy things you ate. Fruit would be healthy if you werent eating all the grain based garbage that is all pure sugar in the body.
