    Here's a tip for tech recruiters: Avoid ghosting your candidates for weeks after a successful phone interview and asking for their availability for the final loop. It is both rude and unprofessional and makes a joke out of the 'customer obsession' principle that is so important to the company. Shame on Amazon for hiring such people and setting the bar so low.

    I don’t think Amazon recruiters come to this channel to read your tip . But I agree that’s a horrible and unacceptable experience.
