A very belated thank you for all your tips and advice which helped me prepare - successfully! - for my AWS interviews in May this year. My Loop was particularly challenging because I was interviewing for a brand new creative position. Though I managed to tie my career highlights in advertising and branding into the LPs, I struggled at times to find supporting data. It forced me to raise my own bar in my interview prep and remain cool and think on my feet when asked challenging questions on the spot. Evidently I pulled through :) Anyway, I digress. Thanks again GG for everything!

That's brilliant Guy. I worked with a lot of creatives in Prime Video with video and graphic designers. It's really challenging for externals to provide metrics for their achievements. It's not the normal way creatives work outside Amazon. Well done for nailing it!!

Hi GG! Regarding the example about disagreement with someone, how will I know if my hiring manager wants to hear "Earn trust" LP or "Having backbone, disagree, and commit" LP? I will have my interview next Monday! Thanks for all your help

Just realized you could really have a "STORI" method by changing "action" to "overcome" since actions generally imply a "what" response and overcoming something generally implies a "how".

I have two questions that I hope you can help me with: I am in the middle of my interview for Amazon SR. Program Manager (Non-Tech Supply Chain). I was informed that the process would be work assessment, phone interview and panel interview. However, after conducting my phone interview - I am being asked to conduct a 2nd phone interview. 1. Can you give me an idea why that is? 2. What should be my answer if Amazon is requesting my expected salary range (including base, bonus and equity?)

1) there could be changes in the team and a new key team member needs to meet you or they might have a small concern and want to double check before committing the investment in loop 2) your answer should be the total compensation range you expect an offer to fall in. They won't ask for your view broken down to that level of granularity
