The “Hank” at Star Labs might be Hank Henshaw, the future Cyborg Superman, which would make a lot of sense as he’s one of Superman’s many rogues.

I think that the blast we saw killing the Kryptonians moved like the Omega Beam, but I might be wrong. 😮
My theories about Zod are: 1) He survived Krypton's destruction on Zero Day (which Jor-El would have no way of knowing) 2) He's actually a "data ghost" like Jor-El being maintained by Brainiac 3) (least likely/worst-case scenario) "He" is actually a brainwashed adult Kara
