I actually never heard of them. But i didn't get really into digital art until recently. I always thought it looked nice i just didn't realize they made that digitally. Does lowish have a Instagram ?

You could do real time videos so they didn’t require too much editing and I’d always watch those! :D

It's crazy really... I remember following you from the beginning when you were still doing your anime style. I remember you holding contests like the one with the seasonal characters held on google+ and me taking part. I still have the drawings from back then!! And I remember so clearly your digital painting with the huge bookcase that took you ages ... You honestly were one of my biggest inspirations for me to start drawing properly and now here I am in art skl 8 years later ;;___;; so congrats on your 8 years and thank you for everything!

I stumbled on your page around this time last year, right before quarantine. For like a month, I’d just watch your sketch with me videos and straight up just be AMAZED bc I’m obsessed with your style. And then I started trying to draw what you drew, and eventually realized I love drawing and water coloring and making art. Like so many others around the world, 2020 was absolutely awful for my family and myself, and I can honestly and genuinely say that if it weren’t for you and your art and your channel, the past year would have been significantly more unbearable. Whenever I get the monthly Patreon or see your posts on instagram, I immediately feel better, even if it’s just for a moment. Thank you for helping me (and I’m sure so many others) not only get through and continue to go through this pandemic, but also for inspiring me and bringing art into my life. Good luck on your last year of school!! :)

I felt so inspirated when you said " It doesn't matter how you draw things". We always tend to try to fit the 'default' or a specific box but that may be not necessarily the good way nor the best way to achieve something. And this is a very important lesson tbh. Welcome back and Happy 8th Anniversary on KZread! I missed watching your videos! I have been watching a lot of your videos as of late as you’re one of my top inspirations. I love the way you approach just talking to your audience its relaxing and also makes me at least feel like I’m not alone drawing alongside watching your videos. I love hearing another artist talk about their daily life and what’s been going on with them. At least in my case I think when it come to the changes you plan to do for your KZread channel I say do what works best for you and hopefully you’ll like some of the various new things you’ll try out when your trying to find what works best for you. I really do support your work and I hope things go well for you. Since I’ve graduated college I just don’t get to hear any of that daily artist interaction anymore and there really is no art community around me. Sadly I’m pretty bad with being consistent with social media as I am a face to face kind of person and I never got into social media even though I grew up with it surrounding me. So if nothing else thank you for uploading your videos and keeping most of them up. Its helped me with keeping myself motivated especially since I graduated right before the holidays occurred at the end of 2019 and then well 2020 happened. I can honestly say that I was not prepared for having most of my person to person relationships all crumble, losing my Plan B job, and then the art industry essentially turn me away since I had no “real” experience. Seriously thank you again for at least keeping up your videos and just simply talking to your audience like they’re part of your daily life. Its really helped with my motivation since most of last year was just a horrible year for not just me, but for everyone. Sorry I keep ‘rambling’ I type like I speak. To quickly sum myself up, Thank You. I really do hope your graduation year is much better and that things go well for you. Do what works best for you and just keep going with your art. And if by chance you actually read my comment thank you for reading my very ramble-y comment.

This was so interesting to watch and listen to. I love your videos; you're so generous with all the tips you share and I really like to see your art take form. I grew up just before internet was a household thing and I too fell into that critical thinking that my art was looking weird and I just couldn't get it right so I just stopped. Lately though I've been longing to open up my sketchbook and develop my skills again as basically everything I need is so easily available. But that feeling is still creeping in the back that maybe it's not good enough. Self doubt really can destroy allot of opportunities trying to improve.

8 years! That’s wild. I’ve been watching your videos for almost 2 years now and the improvement of your content is crazy. and please don’t ever stress about uploading! I personally make videos as well and get burnt out for weeks after every video. Plus, life can be busy and stressful. I’m trying to take a break for my mental health now and I think it’ll be rewarding. :)

If you do keep the copics, definitely store it in an airtight ziploc or container. I didn't touch mine again after a 10+ year break, and the ones I didn't store were mostly crusty.

I started doing some digital art about 17ish years ago on a graphire tablet LOL I was never great at it. Still am not. But yeah listening to this was so nostalgic. LOL. I took a 10-year break but I've been doing art again since 2019. It's fun to reflect on the journey regardless.

Very nice video 😊 now I am 1 year very active on KZread and its really hard to put out 1 - 2 videos a week 😅

Honestly I really think posting whenever you want and whatever you want is the best approach.. also I don't mind is you post less, I don't really know why but I always feel like I appreciate content more when people post less?? Idk if that makes sense hah
