Your future children's book with open more gateways to the realm of imagination. A realm of joy, wonder, and supreme happiness. 😊

A tip from studio glibly is taking a lighter to the end of the brush for a sec to mend the tip together!
I've always had hard time with water colors but see this give me inspirations
ive heard the silver black velvet brushes hold a lot of water and are really soft but I don’t know if the point would last very long but it seems to hold up really nicely for most people and everybody raves about them so i’d give them a try if i were you
I would 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 if you would do one!! Who else? 🙋♀️💖

I first found this channel when I was drawing for fun. Then I wanted to get good at it. When I looked up quick ways to improve in art I found a video you posted 2 years ago. I kind of watched half of it and Skipped through..Then moved on to a nother vid. But now I'm stuck at home at not just that, I found the tips surprisingly good it was astonishing so i regret not clicking on it faster and watching all the way through now I'm subbed to you. ✨
I love this! Your videos inspire many! ❤️❤️❤️
I honestly dunno why you're not viral cuz your work is beautiful and harmonic
I can’t wait to buy this book when it’s released 🥺 I’m super excited and I adore the concept 💓
Those brown tones are SO beautiful, I love it. Also I can't stop smiling at that rat with the goggles 😍

Amazing painting!!
I love everything about this painting. 😁. I think the little seat the mouse is sitting in is called a Howdah. 😊
Wow! It's so beautiful! Great!
Rewatching this video again because I loved it 🖤 I hope you're doing well and not having too much of a burnout, please take some time to breath and step away from all this work 🐱
Oh wow! This looks so amazing! I can’t wait to get your book when it’s finished! God bless
Just watch the layering video, thanks JelArts! You're amazing!
Very beautiful and fantastic drawings - love this content!
love the detail.. .. i really like how you can see expression in the characters, yet they have goggles on.. you are very inspiring.. x
Love the vibe. As always
Excellent! I know I would have loved having your books as a kid. The backpack animals are so imaginative and cute. I think you'll be really successful with any books you make.
This really helps me out a lot because I have a art project soon and I'm going to try to use water colors for the first time for it so this really helps! Also good luck with the book.
silver black velvet brushes are awesome!
This was an absolute delight to watch I can't wait to see the finished book
You have such a unique and beautiful style. Especially well suited to children's books and illustration. I hope this doesn't come across as negative but I truly hope you start speaking more kindly to yourself. It's not that you are super self depricating, but it's important to remember that it's ok to be good at something. Don't focus on what you don't like... focus on what you DO like. We are all here because you are talented, easy to learn from and easy to watch. I hope this book gets printed and that you keep going!! You deserve some praise for your work 😊👏
Having a wonderful time watching you bring characters to life through your imagination. Doing a great job in creating this book. Best of all you're very creative and such a talented artist, with a unique style.
Yay!! First peoplesss!!! Jel, you are such an inspiration and such an amazing artist!! I hope you continue to improve your art and continue growing as a person and artist!! 😊✌️🥰🌻🌵🦩💐🥀

I don’t know what is available on Canadian amazon, but the Princeton. Elves touch brushes are nice and have held up well for me. I find them to be similar to the Davinci cosmotop spins series, which is much more expensive, but generally worth it IMO.

Oh so nice seeing you again! And yes I only now got this video in my recommend even though that bell is on.... Are you gonna tell us more about the book? What's the story 😁😁
for brushes, I use silver velvet brushes. they are a mix of squirrel and synthetic, and they are moderate price for professional watercolor brushes. I don't know if they are available in Canada amazon!
Oh! Sorry if you already know this but studio ghibli says to burn the tip of your brush before using to keep a point. I'm not really sure on how it works so you might want to look it up. I don't really know Amy good brushes though :)
its calmed me
I know you haven't done digital tutorial videos in a while but if you do, light rays would be a cool one to do. I've been trying to make moonlight come through a dungeon window and can't quite get the effect right.

@@JelArts I haven't heard of that either but I have seen a few stray hairs from my Winsor and Newton brushes that I dropped on my candle flame vanished in an instant? Doesn't sound like you will get any usable results. But I've heard of people putting soap on their brushes and letting them dry and sit for a day or two to regain their tip. You can also buy Silver Black brushes. Everyone uses them apparently. There's also Winsor and Newton Cotman, Princeton and Da Vinci. I've also heard great things about Escoda but they are very expensive.
I remember watching your mlp speed paints💔
@JelArts will you do a video with your completed book!!
This reminds me of the rescuers movie.
I find I really don't like the canson xl for watercolor. My paints just don't react well on it at all. My favorite paper is the bee watercolor paper, but currently that is unavailable too. So I have been using arches cold pressed.
Omg you haven't posted in a month 😭😭😭
Never been this early!
Can you show us how you make your pins?
i agree with the canson paper hate!!! I feel like it just does not obsorb the pigment whatsoever
does anyone know if the backpack animals book is gonna be available on amazon?
Hi I love your art but I don’t know if U mind I ask what program you are in art school, illustration or animation ? I am thinking if I decide to go to art school what program should I choose .
I bought a Black Velvet brush because so many watercolour youtubers use them. And I really like it. Also, couldn't you use a quality brand of watercolour paper other than Arches?
I know you probably won't see this but you know how you did the inktober prep last year I was kinda hoping you would do it again.. I keep looking it to see if you posted it but it's okay if you don't but would love it if you did. Love your art by the way
