Just ordered an LH1 head because you your videos. I'm putting it on a spare 18650 body. Great looking beam, and specs seem to put it in the ballpark of the Modlite OKW. I think its the same emitter actually, but with a slightly larger reflector giving it the edge in candela.

Weltool is one of my favorite brands top 5❤

I have never used or handled a Weltool but they look like they are of good quality,

For me it is also the T8Plus. Thanks to Crazy it is my first Weltool lamp and I am so impressed by the manufacturer that I also bought the S2 Tac for my shirt pocket. I think the next one will be the M8

@@krafter22 Weltool owes Crazy a thanks. My M8 is much better than I thought it would be. You'll be happy with it. Did you mean the T2 Tac? I've been carrying the T2 for over a month since it is giving me the light I need but of course, when I want an EDC with some low to hi power, the T8 Plus is the king. Thanks for sharing.

@@2fast2block I took the T2Tac. I've had the lamps for a week now and they are my first Weltools. I was looking for a zoom lamp and ordered the M8. I'm excited to see if I'll be as happy with it. Greetings from Cologne 🎉

Can you use a bb8 body with the t12 head?

I have been searching high and low and have been unsuccessful in finding any answers, but is the t17 the only one that accepts a thyrm switchback? I’m trying to find a high candela light that will accept a thyrm. Ideally, without all the silly extra “tactical” modes. Looking at you strobe….. A high with MAYBE a low mode would be perfect, but I am willing to concede in the mode arena if it means I’m not stuck with a 15k candela light 🙃

What tail cap are you using on your T13G? I want to use that same tail cap.

Is the T17 the only Weltool light that will accept a Thyrm Switchback? I really like the feature set\UI of the T2 Tac in a tactical role, but prefer compatibility with the Switchback system as I do not normally carry a WML. If the T2 Tac is not compatible, can you recommend another light that would be similar in functionality that would have compatibility?

There are other lights that can take it, but the T17 is the only one designed to take it. Other ones have not a perfect fit
