Everyone thinks he pays $6000, but I believe that price is split between his roommates which is extremely affordable for NYC.

Success is not built on success. It's built on failure, It's built on fraustration. it's built on fear that you have to overcome. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

This whole house is so dark and cluttered. Seems so claustrophobic.

Come out to the country. You can you own a 4 bedroom house, 2 car garage, 1 acre of land, and a brand-new car and you still won't be paying $6k a month, that's absurd.

There's nothing better than to come home to a clean and quiet house and not have to worry about other people being messy! I couldn't handle it.

In some cities that park would be your back yard for $6,000 a month.

The fact that this park requires a key to get in, but these same people are the type who gentrify areas and lie about notices of new construction in the neighborhood is absolutely hilarious. NYC is really full of classists an elitists. If the Bronx had a private area where only locals could go, there would be an uproar.

Living alone is awesome. Being by oneself without ever feeling lonely. As Sartre eloquently said, “hell is other people.”
