Waking up at 5 am has become such a helpful early morning routine for me. Catch a glimpse of my new video on “MY 5 am MORNING ROUTINE.”
As a fitness freak, work out matters to me. I start my day with exercise, and following that, I have my facial routine. A few things I don’t miss out on in-between - keep myself hydrated and weight check-up.

Super, this is how our mothers and grandmother's kept their life busy and health fit by doing household work and they didn't buy 300 rupees protein bar and run every morning. If we do household work routinely that will be a great exercise. Hats off to you

@@amolraj6269 if that's so she need to explain in to this vedio otherwise it will miss guid people. It's very very serious case sometimes it will take to death.
I could see everyone spreading some negative comments on her life style .. she said one word that she feel energized when she does exercise and thats Damn true .. i too feel the same way . But as I'm working in IT I had work at night .. so morning workout seems impossible ... i am just happy that she have a right profession to adapt to this lifestyle.. it might look hard .. but its a happy lifestyle too ..

yes i agree too, when i skip gym sessions i feel so tired and no motivation to eat or be healthy. Fitness is indeed more of a mental game
Girls please don't jog at 5-7am as its very scary for being alone on the road unless u have someone to jog wit yea..tc..b safe and beautiful always

Food habits not impressive..local food/vegetables/fruits are always ideal. I will lose my motivation if I have to eat this everyday. All these youtubers are like serials making advertisements all the time. I'm fed up. They should consume/use whatever they advertise for many years and show us the long term effects.

How can you say these aren't healthy? Ofc our food habits are healthy but what she's following is healthy too. Please stop spreading wrong information
eat remaining rice ( palaya sadham) at next day morning soaked in water... drink fresh juice, have some dry fruits, eat green beans, boiled carrots, bananas, cucumber and for protein you can have chicken but not fried... these are the natural diet food... and this is 100% better than what you are having.

I use to have pazhai Sadham in the morning with lil curd and I'm prediabetic now. It is a very good breakfast option but should be taken moderately. Insulin may spike up.

No ..we all like her. Our concern is why she is so obsessed about fitness ? Even before this life style she was not fat. My understanding is to get divert from something else she is using fitness as a shield. What ever may God bless her.

Hey ramya... A small suggestion wen u apply face creams apply it on d upward direction.... Do not apply in d download direction... This will result in early ageing
We are from agricultural family and having our traditional food as medicine.we are not using any chemical creams..also we feels healthiest people

Yes boiled egg contains only 59 calories and a complete egg with yolk is very important for everyone unless doctors particularly ask you to ignore egg yolk due to any health issue,otherwise complete egg with yolk is very important.

Hi akka,i just now saw this video....i have a doubt please clarify about it....i heard or read some where there collagen is difficult for the digestive system to digest and hence will get deposited as fat and will increase weight...kindly clarify on this? Does taking in collagen increase weight? I really love the idea of collagen but due to the fear of this factor i haveny tried it yet...kindly guide me

You are soo inspiring Ramya. But not gonna follow the same routine as yours. Since i have 2 kids under the age of 4, i barely get sleep. But this video inspires me to follow some kind of routine for my self care and self love. Also its not good to wear mask when you are jogging, skipping or doing any sort of workout. You should inhale and exhale fresh air during these times. Early morning fresh air is very good to breath and covering up that with mask is not a wise idea according to me.
