What I've learnt about hairgrowth and hair texture: 1. Let go of the split ends 2. Where you can use All natural products 3. Wash your hair every 2-3 weeks 4. Water spay before moisturizing 5. Use oil and cream when moisturizing 6. Be gentle when detangling😊

I especially love the part about washing your hair every 2-3 weeks. I was washing my hair every single week which worked well for increasing moisture but it wasn't necessarily the best for hair growth.

I thought my hair could never grow to just a certain length , I did a cut to 2 inches cutting off all the perm and it took 4 years to grow to 10 inches and just stop there and just seems to never will past there , but after watching different people video about hair , I take a little from each and do what good for my hair Now in a few months it's suddenly growing real fast .

I'm kinda stuck at 7 inches rn 🥲 but honestly trimming helped so much. I had barely chin length hair when I tried to start taking care of my hair(id been off relaxer for a long time, but I was a kid so I didn't take care of it). I refused to let scissors touch my hair and was frustrated that it didn't grow. Products helped, but I was just growing split ends. I did some diy trims every 3-4 months. Then recently I went to the salon(after growing to my current length) for a haircut, completely prepared to chop as much off as necessary. I was stunned when she cut off less than half an inch bc there was nothing to cut. Trying to learn more about my hair now so I can get out of my 7 inch prison 😂

I believe the growth serum is working on my sparse areas. Hair is definitely coming in-but please be clear I also do a weekly amla oil overnight. Starting out I had se real problem areas and they have cleared up.

I’ve been praying to find ways to embrace my coils and find a routine that doesn’t require a 3 hour wash day. Nevertheless I’m in pursuit of more growth even though I have bra strap length hair. I’ve lost the love I use to have for my hair because it’s difficult to deal with. Your video appeared in my suggestions and I was utterly intrigued throughout the entire video. Nevertheless I’m a computer scientist and took mere delight when you explained the ingredients in the prepoo concoction. I’ve happily subscribed and going to binge watch all your videos to get me through this wash day today. I just relished in your fact that you make your own products.

I was so happy when I found your channel because you take care and patience in explaining the intricacies of getting the desired result with 4c hair. Thank you for sharing your light. P.S. It was the same for me, but throughout lockdown I’ve had my hair in braids, only undoing them for wash day/ moisturising. Just by leaving it alone I saw lots of growth :) it was easier since I had nowhere to go lol

It's not that it's not growing, it's that your ends are breaking off. Protect your ends for dear life!

Same here. Its been 5 years and same length or even shorter. I just can't seem to get rid of those knots at the ends for dear life. I keep my hair in like 8 twists and moisturise almost every day but still the knots on the ends are sooo bad I just cut them off. So I literally cut the ends of my hair every single time I do my hair and therefore nullifying my hair growth

Hello! I can say I really love your videos and how much detail and information you put in them. I personally keep my hair in twists, mainly during the winter months. And I'll wash about once every few weeks or so. I was wondering what do you do to maintain moisture during the in between weeks between wash days. Keep up the great work!

i normally do twist too and its easy to take them out, spray it add a moisturizer and twist back up! i don't brush ! i only do the routine in this video when i do my prepoo and about to shampoo but in between washes, i use my fenugreek/ aloe vera water spray, then my moisturizer and seal with an oil

Now that I think about it, my hair stopped growing MUCH after corona started because I wouldn't be going anywhere. That led me to not care about my appearance and I started neglecting my hair. After a while it started breaking a bit.
