It’s a great name for a haflinger !

Loved seeing your pre-barn routine. I struggle so much with waking up early (whoever said your body will naturally want to wake up earlier as you get older clearly lied to me lol). But it was very motivational to see how much you can get done. Do you have any recommendations for podcasts? I have been getting more into them as well in between breaks of working. Thanks for sharing, and it's always a good day to see the horses and ponies (Norman's little mouth was so cute when you were talking to him lol)

What kind of podcasts do you enjoy!? Horse wise InStride is definitely my favorite, I love Sinead's way of talking and interviewing - I also listen to Major League Eventing and the USEA podcast. I love love RichRoll's pod and I try to mix it up and add in some others like High Performance, Beautiful Anonymous, etc. I'm always trying new ones! InStride & RichRoll are my daily go to currently

loved this vlog! these are getting me through the winter lol Ive been doing my yoga routines before work and have been feeling so much better! im a eggs and toast evrymoring girl too...alway cooking it will i do my hair and makeup before heading out the door in a hurry late lol

Same! I have to have a real breakfast cause I rarely have a real lunch! Sometimes I prepare and pack a salad but a lot of times it’s granola bars and a banana/apple throughout the day so breakfast is essential!

What time do you go to bed to get up at 4:30am and not need a nap? I work at 6:30am and struggle. Great video. You seem like an underrated channel, just subbed!

Aww thank you for the kind words! I typically am asleep by 9:30-10pm! I try to head to bed around 9pm and read until I fall asleep! Try is the key word, were all human and sometimes I fail to go to bed early enough :P

That’s a great question! Normal day is like 7:30am-4:30pm!

Haha! I barely afford it. I do a lot of horse clipping during the winter and braiding during summer to help afford my horse. And I work long hours!

Great question! I love InStride, Major League Eventing, RichRoll, Beautiful Anonymous, High Performance, Huberman Lab and this last week I checked out Mel Robbins and Elyse Myers podcasts!
