I found your page a few months ago when I was really struggling with anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I'm 48 about to turn 49. It's surreal knowing I'm basically like a 50 year old. But, I do remember that transition time from mid 20s to age 30 back in the 2000s, that was real hard, probably the hardest, because up to that point I was a kid who only knew youth culture and generation gaps going one way, I was young and everyone else was old. But suddenly I was mid 20s and I realized I was no longer in the youth culture. I remember missing the 90s and 80s so much and feeling lost in the 2000s youth culture when I was in my mid and late 20s. Turning 30 was really tough. Being late 40s and not far from 50 is just weird. I remember being a kid and my parents were 30s and 40s and I thought 50 year olds and up were just beyond old. But there's nothing we can do.

OMGOSH, I thought you were like 18 or 19. Seriously! You look SO young. Age is just a number, but I understand how you feel. As long as you look and feel young, who cares about the years. I've seen a lot of your videos and we're similar in many ways. I turned 30 recently after dreading my birthday all year. I can tell you that once your 30th birthday day passes, you mind just quickly accepts that you're now in your 30s and you simply just move on with this reality. I'm sure you will see what I mean once it happens!
