Another good reason for creating subtitles is that people who are just watching instead of listening will watch for longer. I'll watch videos for information on KZread but if I'm out and about and don't have headphones I just rely on the subtitles. Or even if I'm home and someone else is watching the tv but I can't be bothered getting off the couch to get my headphones! XD
