Protip: You can also tell the date of manufacture on the tire by looking for the 4 digit # in the little oval. Pay close attention to the last 2 digits (on Tavarish's tires there it says 4216 -- 42nd week of 2016). I would highly advise against buying or running tires older than 5 years as they start to get brittle and if you're going to do a lot of highway driving or "go to mexico" to race best be using some newer rubber. So for example as of this year I wouldn't suggest anyone run tires older than 2012. Tires 2012 and older should be inspected for dry rot. Tavarish goes over this at 6:47. Dry rot shows as little cracks in the surface, but proceed to get worse. Those little cracks indicate dry rot and the tires should be replaced regardless of tread left.

JY Meunier must be microphone he is using on his camera. Would make sense considering the constant noise of it. When indoors it doesn't exist, so I assume it's the microphone

WHAT ARE THE OFFSETS ON THOSE WHEELS!? I'm looking too get spacers and I need help getting it wide as possible!

aren't the air struts NOT SUPPOSED to pump once a wheel is off the ground, if you're using JACK MODE properly? Can't that damage the strut/pillow? Always use jacking mode on my 2008 audi allroad - the car somehow seems to be smart enough to figure out if I've forgotten to use it - but I would strongly advise against it.

A plug in hybrid conversion as well!

Tavarish, I have a 2005 Mercedes S500 4Matic. My problem is in the Air Ride suspension system. My left front air strut was shot and the front of the car sat down almost on the ground. I replaced the strut and the car stood up like an SUV (I was just happy it was off the ground) It had a notification in the instrument cluster that was in white with an arrow pointing up that said Air Ride see workshop. the car rode like that for a few days then one morning all four corners were down. I started the car and all four corners rose. There must be an air leak in the tubing or diaphragm. Please give me any tip you might have on finding the leak and repairing. Also the Close assist doors, power locks, trunk release and rear headrest drop do not work either. All of these went bad simultaneously. Love your channel and look forward to all the new posts.

275/35R19 is the right size for w220, maybe your rims are for e class (have 20-30 offsets). 35-40 offsets are perfect for W220 rear.

How come you didn’t cover your rear seat in your S600 when you put that tire in? You could have damaged your seat. But you really should have put all of them in your pickup. Also, you could have unscrewed/screwed the wheel bolts by HAND because what if you get a flat in the middle of nowhere and you don’t have your electric bolt remover? That’s going to be pretty hard to unscrew with your arms, unless you can adjust the torque to make it easier for your arms.

tavarish pls answer me this: do you have the need to have more cars in order to work on them and fix them and modify them as you would like? instead of going for only 1 good car and mod it?

As a car guy, it's hard to only have one car. Plus as a KZreadr you need content, and making videos about only one car all the time gets boring pretty quick.

Have you considered less expensive tires? Other brands offer similar handling for less $$. Maybe at some point you can invest in your own balancing and tire install equipment. Also, summer tires actually do pretty well in the rain, better than many all seasons, though winter tires might be needed for low temps and snow/ice.
