I’m planning on making a video on this next month. Basically I have mapped the different focus mode options to a button on my camera so I can quickly change between them (zone, spot focus etc) whilst still maintaining good composition and exposure. When shooting over somone’s shoulder I try to use the spot focus option with face/eye detection turned on instead of human. Hope that helps mate!
