My 2021 Autumn Morning Routine | Rachel Hollis

Ойын-сауық

I have always been pumped to talk about my morning routine because honestly, you guys, it is so important in my day and has made amazing changes in my life. As I continue to evolve, so has my morning routine and so I wanted to share this spiritual practice with y'all so that you can experience the peace, gratitude and clarity that can totally change your day.

A lot of the times we are trying to find something to hold onto Something to fill the void inside. We feel the need to believe in something bigger than us because We were made for that. God created that void inside so we could keep returning back to him and fill it. The Holy Spirit call’s out making us feel we are in need of something it’s like a Unquenchable thirst. It can only be quenched by the God who put it there. I pray for you . So many people look up to you . I pray that you can lead them in the right direction where they can find the peace that surpasses all understanding.

I have to say, I’m loving this version of you, Rach. I’ve been following for years, but your videos and podcasts have really struck a chord lately. What this video has reminded me of is that it’s okay for your morning routine to change and evolve. I mean, really, that’s the point. To always be striving and reaching and adapting. Love the palo santo. Love the mention of morning pages. Have always loved the gratitude practice. Thanks for helping me tweak my routine for November.

Love that "What I'm grateful for.." Journal, gotta get and create a better, more consistent morning routine for myself. I already do the hawt yoga 3 times a week and treadmill on the other days, but to incorporate the mental well-being is just as important. Thanks Rache!

Before I touch my phone or do anything I pray. Not sure how I feel about how smoke can create and get rid of energy. I believe you, yourself creates the energy you want.

Great reminders for going into the season of last 90 days! I too am a working mother and found it super helpful to have that extra time in the morning before the little's got up. I had that routine when my husband was away overseas for a time. Now that he's home, I feel compelled to invest more of my time with them, them meaning family - and less time on me. What would your suggestions be to reincorporate that balance of family and self? I know it's not selfish to take that time out but it seems difficult for my brain to make that shift and be able to incorporate all. Also, kid lunch suggestions? My kids are rascals and they love school lunch food, which is not always the best. I do allow them to indulge but I want to find some better ways of incorporating healthier foods so that they have that balance. Maybe a video on school lunch preparation? A short maybe? Thanks for all you do, Rach.

I’ve followed you for so long. I haven’t checked in for the last six months. I’m watching this with my mouth open! Why are you using in sense and talking about energy and crystals. Aren’t you a Christian God fearing woman? What happened to Rachel Hollis? This is not the same woman that I have followed for the last four years. This makes me so sad. I hope you find yourself again. God bless.

Hey i work in a hospital i am up early typically at 5:10 AM as i start work at 6:30 AM I have my uniform prepared will be working 12 hours maybe get a 5 min break through the day as we are so under staffed due to covid It's still going on . I have everything set up so i can just get straight in there and just keep working never stop i work in a busy unit that deals with life saving treatment and i love my patients i have known them for years but maybe i should just give them a diary about there goals and tell them to jump up and down to give them a perspective on life i did not know it was that easy
