it was Jan 2023 haha but I don't think anything would change dramatically by now. It was pretty good actually

I really don't understand the difference between the flagship first and business with AA I do know their market is limited with first class but I have paid for business translatlantic in December and looking forward. But 12k that's a lot of money😮

Damn. Should have gone to the Cathay and Qantas lounges in T3 also. Better coffee at Qantas. Better food and decor at Cathay.

@@alberthbyang yup. At international hubs like Heathrow you should be able access any of the alliance lounges within the same terminal area, even if they direct you to use a specific one.

Concur on lounge choices at T3. Cathay is my favorite this terminal and I got lucky to use their Emerald tier one which is more private with better alcoholic choices. But the last part doesn't seem to be any of your interest. Anyhow thanks for sharing.

$12,000!!!! You paid far too much for that seat. I've done the same route for less than $7K in their awful "flagship first class." American is such a wretched airline.
