Spiral doors really are pretty simple. It's just a regular piston door but you use repeaters and such to delay each next block on opening and closing.

The fence door could be used for a maze that changes after every person uses it. There would have to be programmed routes, of course, but it would work pretty well

3:00 wise words. At first I didn't believe him. I tried many times but failed at building good redstone. But by just watching his videos, I am more good at redstone without even realising. I easily made flying machines and doors.

5:42 you can put fence gates under carpets and have the open when the beacons off and closed when on. It creates the same effect as the beam blocking you from going through

These are cool. Just built this updated version of the 4x4 vault door in me and my friends' minecraft world. Those shulker boxes confused me for a bit when I built it and it didn't work, but then i realised I needed immovable objects there. Luckily, the whole of my entrance is dark and gloomy, so I can just use obsidian. I love all these doors though, can't wait to use the 3x3 spiral door at some point, but at the moment my base is centred around 2 blocks

The redstone is quite simple *proceeds to use 1726 observers, 854 droppers, 2543 repeaters, 273 redstone blocks, 18 comparators, 4752 hoppers, 10384 sticky pistons, 948 regular pistons, 7592 pieces of redstone dust, 63 glazed terracotta, 3827 slime blocks, 2038 honey blocks, 3827 redstone torches, 36 obsidian, 9 composters and way too much wool to ever count* Edit: corrected 2546 repeaters to 2543 repeaters, thank you Think Tan Pham (couldn’t get the accents right) for pointing it out Edit 2: It is 263418 blocks of wool, thank you ItzMoose Bruh for counting it Edit 3: Oh wait, honey blocks are introduced, well that is less slime blocks used

i love these videos because Grian and mumbo were the first youtubers I watched because i liked Minecraft (still do) and when i watch mumbo's videos I get hit with nostalgia

I built an even smaller 2x2 hipster door from a tutorial in my survival world. I also am in the process of designing a door dont know what size its going to be yet but yeah its actually quite simple. Pretty much Im using the flying machine door and pairing off some to make a smaller flying machine door. They are pretty resource conservative.

*mumbo* : "it will come with time" "if you watch enough of my videos these things will start to look simple i promise" *me* : has watched his videos for over a year (and i like watching old videos) and still doesn't get how to make a _flipping t-flop_

there is a laser door that abuses fence gates to glitch the door so you can’t move through only when the lasers are on. Almost like an invisible door but there’s only lasers 👀

Mumbo: it’s super simple Me:(spends 5 hours on it) uhhhhhgggggg

Imagine a house in real life with these type of doors. Or any building really... The Chaos to come would crumble nations.

I actually really like Mumbo eplaining redstone. It's entertaining and pretty much simple. You just have to see all the timings and circuits independent.

1000 subscribers without any videos it is simple Get a block of stone and put it in the crafting grid to get a button Put 6 iron ingots in a vertical rectangle on the crafting grid and take your iron door and place it in a vertical 1x2 hole in the wall, then place the button on an adjacent block Done lmao
