Thank you for this! Your hair is progressing in a lovely manner. Well done! I especially appreciate your showing your hair WITHOUT a fresh retwist sometimes. I needed to see that. I also was happy to see how the grays blend in. I appreciate you😊.

@@nunikat25 it was interesting to see. I kept saying its getting fuller but not longer. I still don't get how a dude can start with 3 inches then have enough to put it in a ponytail on the top of his head in about a year and a half!! How is there no visible difference in length after a year?? Looks full and beautiful!! I just cut mine after 6 years. I'll loc again only a little thicker this time, ppl always thought I had sister locs but I didn't. I'm loving the fullness here and can't wait. Thx for inspo

Love seeing how different they were from month to month. Your hair is gorgeous, hunty!! I’ll be a year in May and I’m so happy with them 🥰🥰
Great video. You're the first person I've seen that's got me leaning towards starting my locs with 2 strand twist
Your locs frame your face so beautifully! Got me thinking about restarting mine!!
So beautiful! My 6 year old just asked me not to take out her twists. I showed her pics and videos of what they would look like and how I would have to maintain them. she was so excited to see what her hair could possibly look like in a year. She can’t wait to have locs.
Wow. Thank you for this time intensive video. Being able to see the locs transformation and your hair growth was helpful to me.
You hands down have the best lock journey video I have seen… thank you for the inspiration ❤️
I always wondered how two strand twists evolved into locs!❤️Your journey is beautiful ❤️🙌🏾🥰
OMG! this is it... the video I have been waiting to see. Your hair was/is just like mine. I am starting locs this week, and the length, volume, and texture (which looks similar to mine), is just what I want. Thank you for this!
Great locs! the gray looks awesome. I have gray on my baby locs, and now I see how much character it adds to our locs. Thanks for the video.
I'm 3 months into my loc journey and watching you gives me hope!
Looooooooovvvve! ❤️ I have three different textures also. Wavy in the front, curly in the middle and coily in the back. It naturally falls into a bob too! Thanks for the video! This was so inspiring ❤️
My natural hair in twist and a defined fro also lays in a natural Bob shape. How interesting! Thank you for such a nice video showing us your journey ❤️ can't wait to start my loc journey
I just started my journey on 8/27 with the two-strand twists. I am SOOO excited to start this journey and behold the process. I am ready to grow inwardly alongside my locs! Looooove this video!
Wow! Just happened to stumble on your page after just deciding after a 6 year natural hair journey, that I want to now loc my hair. Like you I have had every style possible and now feel ready to embark on this new journey with locs. Your hair is gorgeous and our textures are similar. This was super encouraging and I am ready to get started.
I started my loc journey two days ago it took me about 3 hours to do them and I already am in LOVE! My hair is pretty thin and short so I was very nervous at first but it came out even better than I imagined and I've already gotten so many compliments. I feel so comfortable and I'm definitely looking forward to the rest of my loc journey 😁

I know this is old, but is it just the technique? I've been thinking about starting my journey for so long now. I'm looking within the next month or so.
So, you started out by 2 strand twisting the hair, then you would just take each individual twist and twist at the roots to start your locks? Thats pretty neat. I have never seen this method before but it sounds easy to do. Its also very nice.
