The Morgan Amps MVP23! MVP stands for Master Volume Power scaling, the 23 is 23 watts from 2 EL84s.
This amp is a rock and roll monster. It is modeled after a Dumblish style power section with a Marshall 18 styled front end.
With the power scaling control this amp is perfect for home or playing over a loud drummer.

Straight forward no nonsense demo. You know exactly what the amp is capable of with a choice of guitars and pedals. Excellent work. Funds not withstanding at present, I will definitely buy one.
Nice tone! Great demo Josh! Love the Strat tones! I own an AC20 deluxe, built by Joe for me, right before he ramped up production. He really nails it IMO. The MVP23 is yet another example!!

i clicked thinking this is a regular demo and im like “oh shit thats josh smith” lol!
I'm sure it's better quality, but this amp kind of reminds me of a newer Fender bassbreaker , especially in the lower gain area.
Seriously jonesing for this amp. Can I request a blackface-like 6l6 version to pair?

is it possible to get a real clean tone out of it?

With single coils and low volume, yes. For really loud cleans you need at least 50W. Consider your typical 100W plexi starts breaking up almost immediately with humbuckers.....
You get a bowl of soup with that hat?
