Fantastic interview, with some great talking/discussion points. Very good to hear somebody talk about certain behaviors linked to psychopathy that are valued in upper management, which may not from a social perspective, result in a happy, safe and productive workforce.
Security risk management has to be embedded in every process. Melissa Muir shows how relevant it is for HR to understand this.
